I still remember the moment I first heard this song. It was a rainy saturday morning, 6am so the dark was still outside. I was catching a train to Zagreb and went to buy a bagel in a bakery that was next to an old rock bar here in my hometown and that's when I heard it playing loudly from there. I still remember the moment I first heard this song. It was a rainy saturday morning, 6am so the dark was still outside. I was catching a train to Zagreb and went to buy a bagel in a bakery that was next to an old rock bar here in my hometown and that's when I heard it playing loudly from there. I'll never forget the feeling...such a nostalgic sound, love this song so much. :)

that s funny for i also heard it first on a 5-hour train ride from Dusseldorf central railway station to Munich when someone played it loud on a CD player for several hours nonstop - no one complained in the train compartment. :-)

Todd in the shadows from YT states it very nicely. At the end of the 90s there was a very weird transitional phase in music where there was space for all kinds of different types and mixes of music.
