Good Vid, but Spec Trout do nothing for me. They don't fight at all, and they're really not a challenge to catch here in Sarasota. I've caught a few 30 inch fish before and a 20" red puts up way more of a fight

Not even a seatrout. It is a species which is not related to trout but lives in salt water and in warm water. Not a game fish but edible.

Why do you have to wet your hands before handling the trout?
If you touch them with dry hands it removes the slime coat which protects fish from infections
