I am so excited to be starting this 10 Day Intentional Homemaking Challenge with you! I would love to hear your goals and journey with this challenge. My prayer, as always, is for the Lord to lead us to becoming better servants. Servants with a heart like Jesus. I pray that this challenge can help motivate, inspire, or assist you in becoming a better homemaker, and most importantly, a better follower of Christ.
I am still so thankful reaching 1,000 subscribers! I have not forgotten about my giveaway, I just want to put as much thought and love into as I can. I am truly grateful to everyone who comments and connects with me. Your stories and encouraging words mean more to me than you know.

Mozzarella:
Step 1: 1 gallon milk, in a small bowl add 1 cup water + 1.5 teaspoons citric acid
Step 2: Stir until temp. reaches 90 degrees F
Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon rennet + 1/4 cup water
Step 4: Slowly pour rennet water mixture into milk and turn off heat
Step 5: Stir for 25-30 seconds and place lid on pot, wait for 10-30 minutes until mozzarella has set up

Just found your channel and I love it!! I'm a Catholic homeschool mom of 9 ages 1 year to 17 years. I have seven boys and two girls. I'm a Macabees Mom. :)
I love it! Oh goodness, 9 ages! You go girl. I'd be very curious about the curriculum you use, and how you manage teaching all the kids with littles. My littles usually are on my lap, but it's not the most efficient. You go mama!
I loved watching you teach your 3 children how to bake muffins. That is wonderful! Who cares if the pumpkin came out of a can! 😂
The life lessons and goodness of inviting them in is much more valuable than not having it all be from scratch.
I put my babies on the counter in their infant seats while I baked and cooked .
Then they graduated to sitting on the counter or standing in a chair and “helping” stir etc….
Now they are grown women who cook and bake for their own families and are much better cooks and bakers than I am.
It’s amazing to see the early investment of time, love and energy come to fruition in the next generation.

I am a catholic who loves psalms ..when i am struggling or having a bad day ,i pray psalm 29,42..we have them in our songbook . Nr23 sung in hebrew by a group called Miquedem is another favourite ,just to sing out my gratitude..i always tend to have conversations with our Lord ,the Father . ..Prayertime can be very different ways but always gives me strength, joy for every day , everything the Lord has blessed me with . When i am in pain, i always say to myself that it is nothing compared to the suffering of Jesus Christ.. I am not the best cook but i do cook fresh almost every day ,now just for my husband for 43 years because he loves to eat and it gives me pleasure to see him eat ☺️ 😊!
And the lucky man does not gain weight 😅❤!

I have the same problem…a hot spot where things just accumulate in my kitchen because I don’t know what to do with them 😂
Homemade sauce is so good! My husband has made it and I guess I’ve semi-homemade it before. I used to wear foundation back in high school but noticed it clogged up my pores so I stopped. I’ve worn some foundation only on special occasions or I use it as a cover up. You do a beautiful job on your makeup! I barely put any on, I never really truly learned how to put on makeup.
I try to pray every day for help and I praise Him a lot for such a beautiful world He has created for us, it’s truly incredible and so intricate.
I’m going to try your challenge soon! I downloaded it and printed it already.

Haha to your cats! That's funny, but I'm sure frustrating. You are so beautiful, and have such nice skin. I have the same issue. Everytime I try one I break out, but I have had good luck with Toups and Co so far. I'd love your husband's sauce recipe too! I feel like no matter how I get rid of this hot spot, more just piles back on 🙈. You do such an amazing job with your home and family, I'm sure praying in the morning makes a difference.
You have been such a a help and inspiration to me. I grew up without a mom for most of my life , I’ve had to teach myself life skills and I have to say I know I’m behind. But your videos have been such a help. You’re so kind and selfless and such an amazing example of a homemaker! Thanks for all you do to make these videos. Just found your channel aswell an been feeling really drawn to this life style an way of life an having 4 children now I feel like it's another sign to be in the house an with my children raising them in the way they should go all these videos are very inspiring ❤

When I don’t have an actual plan for my whey I just feed it to the chickens. I love sweetening our yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. So good!! I never thought to try heavy cream….that looks so good. Also, this inspired me to try mozzarella 😍😍
Ooo I didn't know chickens like whey. I will give that to mine! Heavy cream makes it soooo much better!

I think I enjoy your videos because it reminds me of my stay-at-home days. I loved being a sahm. And that was during an era when women were told to get a career. I am so thankful I followed my heart as I would of missed so much. Like I miss my 4 heartbeats now😢

Your ice cream story with your little girl reminded me of something. My son was very lean when he was growing up and we had had a hard time getting food into him when he was about two. We would try hard to make sure he got good calories in before treats. Anyway, one time I took sliced zucchini rounds, and told him they were zucchini cookies. I have never been forgiven! 35 years later 😂. PS…. Broccoli was one of his favorite foods.
Haha! Frozen peas are "candy" in our house and I'm waiting for them to eventually figure it out. 😄 I love Zucchini cookies, maybe I'll try that one! He might thank you one of these days 🤪

How hard will this be to work into a person who works part time
I think it truly depends on how much effort you put in. Each task doesn't need to take too much time. It depends on the goals you set for yourself. If your big goal is cleaning the garage vs. drinking enough water. The most time-consuming task would be if you have a big goal for the day. I tried to make this a manageable challenge for all (those in every stage of life). I recommend just taking a look at it and seeing if it fits your season of life, but I do believe it would work for everyone!
