Dynasty Warriors 4 Mod: Aggressive AI

- I have modified the game so that all the AI are better at fighting. They are more aggressive and use a higher variety of attacks such as: jump attacks, musous, C3, C4, C5, full 4 or 5 attack combos, and sprint attacks.
Not only that, they block more frequently now.
I only allowed squad leaders to use their musous because if ordinary soldiers were allowed, beating even 5 soldiers would be stupidly hard.

Just a quick note, I saw some comments on Shadowrunner's aggressive AI video mentioning mine. He achieved it completely differently than this one, but from a cursory look, the effects seem to be the exact same. A few years ago we even did a comparison and found it to be identical. Some people mentioned that AI in this video is less aggressive, even though the above paragraph had addressed why since the video's making.

Very entertaining to watch. This is how I envisioned how the gameplay should be, but I can understand how the AI can be intimidating to newcomers
It doesn't matter, high difficulty on a game should be challenging no matter what. But in DynastyWarriors, high difficulty doesn't matter as long as you have high weapon and items which shouldn't be the case. In ghost of tsushima, if you have high weapons/high armor or items, hard difficulty will still be HARD as it should be
God it is refreshing to see something that looks like an actual battlefield in DW.... the newer titles like 7 through 9 have completely braindead AI...

That is the reason i liked dw6 even though most people hated it. It still had that battlefield environment i always liked from dw games, even though in that game the soldiers started to become useless AT LEAST they were there. In dw7 their number diminished, in dw8 you straight up justt had an army of officers and in dw9... they are just decoration.
@@seifeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee In DW 6 they also have new utility, like helping you break down gates, building ladders to climb walls, ect.

Lol in this game you get musou'd by melee peons. And I was thinking archers in dw8 xl are something to be afraid of.
Love how almost every soldier can throw musou attacks with this version similar to DW3 XL on "very hard" mode.
They should really do these for most games like samurai warriors 1 and warriors orochi

@@hurricane7727 Not Exactly. As far as I know Koei knows that the game seems too easy for the player, which is why they added an aggressive troop feature of some sort. Also the troops matter less. Now where's the fun in that?
@@speedflash55 The Officers can Also Get more Aggressive too and I think It does have a Stat Increase like Troops and Officers can get a Defensive or Offensive Stat Boost( This is Also in Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires as well because in that Game If a Officer is at a Base The Guard Captains Can at times give out a Stat Boosts.

@Hurricane7 Okay so I've made it far in Warriors Orochi 3 and I have to say that it's okay, but not all that. That was my only issue. I'm saying troops should have combo mechanics just like the officers.

you are so talented. I see you can allowed soldier charge up (healing, atk x2, def x2 when life less 50%) like general. I can open up to six equipment slots with all characters. can we share them with each other?
