Best sticker organizing yet - I'll be going down the rabbit hole this weekend!!!
Thanks for checking out the video! I really hope you have fun jumping down that rabbit hole, lol! I had a blast! 🐰
I just bought the sticker organizer book at Hobby Lobby 40% off. It only comes with a few of the adhesive pages, so I bought some protector pagers to slide sheets in. I thought I was being so clever lol! I LOVE you method!!!! I will be doing it this way from now on:)
That is a clever method! I hope you enjoy using this method, too! It’s definitely my preferred method of organizing! 💖
I did something similar. I also kept some of the sticker book covers because I separated the more functional or planning basic sticker books into categories like: icons, flags, holidays, quotes, flowers, clear stickers, etc. I didn't separate sticker book collections.
Much easier now to find, that dollar sign, appointment, dots, days of the week, sticker when I need it.
1) I used outdated classic happy planner pages instead of card stock/scrap paper and glued 2 or 3 pages together for strength.
2) I then glued 1 sticker page to the front and back of the HP page.
Saves time and no need to punch pages, but can be bulky.
After watching this video, I am going to cut the HP page in 1/2 , punch it then glue the sticker page on front and back.
Thanks for the inspiration!!!
Wow, you have a super inspiring setup! I'd love to see that! I've always wanted to tear all my books apart and reorganize them by function, but I never had the guts, haha! For some reason, I feel like I needed to keep them in their book form, maybe to let people know which sticker book I was using, if they wanted to get it for themselves. Anyway, I hope that system is working well for you!
LOL...I loved watching you correct your mishaps. It shows how flexible this system can be. Looks great for downtime when you're at an impasse and need a completely mindless project to work on. :)
I love your version of organizing the stickers. Thanks for actually demonstrating how to do this. You got my 👍🏿 and gained a subscriber.
Thanks so much for your support! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video and subscribed!
Same!
Best vid on this topic I’ve seen yet! Thank you!!
This is great! Thanks for getting to the point quickly 💞💕
Stephanie Jackson , thanks for watching! I’m glad you enjoyed it!
Great idea!
love this... I may have to redo my sticker books now. lol
It’s super helpful to use this ring method! I hope you give it a try!
Excelente idea ❤
Thank you for sharing! Love this organizing tip
Awesome! Your video was thorough and straight to the point! Thank you. New subbie. I love this idea.
Netty Boo Thank you, I’m glad you liked the video! I try to get to the point, I value your time and I love when videos just get straight into it, lol!! Thanks for being here!
Perfect!!
This is really a great inexpensive idea thanks
dmbascom35 I’m so glad you enjoyed it! I hope you try it out!
This was awesome - thank you so much for sharing!!!
So glad you liked it!
I did this too, so now I have alot of binders. I emailed the company telling them that they should make 5", 10", or even 15" rings. I don't care how heavy my sticker book would be, I just want it all in one place.
Loved this! Next time we are under quarantine.
Judy Sawyer Haha! It definitely is a labor of love and takes time, depending on how many sticker books you have. 🤩
Cool! Good idea!!
Angela Williams , Thanks! I really love being able to bring multiple books with me on one set of rings! Thanks for watching!
Genius!
Great video
Special K, Thanks for watching!!
Very clever!
Thanks! But I can’t take all the credit, I’m sure I found this idea on Pinterest or something....but I can’t recall!
@@ReadySetRia Thanks for your honesty, but still amazing!!
Going to be doing this as soon as I get my punch!
That’s great! I’m sure you’re going to love organizing your books this way! 😍
@@ReadySetRia I've tried many ways this year and this seems the best. I organize by types lol
@kampiestarz I’ve always wanted to do that, organize by type. It seems so efficient! I try to keep my books together in case anyone is curious what book the stickers come from when I film a Plan With Me video, so I’m not sure how to get around that problem. Maybe label the backs of every single page, lol! Seems like a daunting task!
@@ReadySetRia true, but I just do it for me so I guess I get away with it more. I have a little box right now with "dailies" "icons" "quotes" and then monthly to plan ahead. Love to have them in their own sections of a tab system binder(s)
Nice 👍🏽 video, I regret breaking my sticker books apart
Marlene Burton I can imagine!! I would probably research sticker book flip though videos to try and put them back together, lol!! But that’s just me! 🤪
I rebought them 😩😩😩
Excellent!! Eager to try this!! What size discs have you used?
Cathy Knight , I used the expander discs, which allowed me to get 4 books on one set of discs. It’s a snug fit, but so worth it! If you try this and post pics, be sure to tag me so I can see! 😻
PoshPlumPlans , will do!! 😊
Hi there... Great video... is it harder to get the stickers off now, when they are stored this way? I'm totally new by the way to planning!
Michelle Perkins , great question! It depends on the sticker, I feel. The clear stickers can be trickier this way. The sticker pages still bend, so you can still function this way and get the stickers off. I only prefer this method because I can have four sticker books on the go, held together by the rings, instead of 4 loose sticker books floating around in my bag, lol. To each his own, I say! But yes, the stickers are slightly more difficult to pull off if you use this method! In some of my more recent Plan With Me videos, you may catch me using these books and can see how easy/hard they are to use. Thanks for watching!
PoshPlumPlans I saw another video that she pulled off the clear or paper backing and left just the stickers on the page
I’ve seen people do that, too! I used to do that for my girls to make their stickers peel easier for tony fingers, lol. Taking the excess off would make peeing easier!
I am trying this and have noticed my sheets keep coming off the discs.
Collette Gay , did you use a scrapbook paper to adhere your stickers pages to? And then punched the scrapbook paper? I haven’t heard of that kind of paper coming off the discs, so I’m curious what kind of paper you used. Maybe your glue isn’t strong enough. I noticed when I used a semipermanent tape strip, they came off easier than the permanent tape strips.
PoshPlumPlans I used scrapbook paper that comes in the paper pad. After I cut it to the right size I punched it and used the glue stick.
Collette Gay , my guess is the glue stick is most likely the issue. If you try a double sided tape runner, you might have more luck. I like the Scotch double sided tape runners. The red one is the permanent one and it works really well!! I tried to take one apart once because I taped a page crooked and had a heck of a time getting the page to unstick!!
PoshPlumPlans I’ll try that. Thank you
