Dessy you and (sometomes your Mom ) make the most delicious looking and healthy foods from the bountiful harvest that you and David's hard work produces.. City dwellers can only dream about having access to this bounty of fresh produce. Another interesting video, Dessy !;,
I have been waiting to see how the green house tomatoes grew. Very well, so many varieties of tomatoes you have Dessy. Thank you sharing the stuffed baked vegetables, looks delicious.
I am jealous of your garden, here in the states our garden burned up from the heat and zero rain. Watered everyday and it still burned up. Love 💕 your garden and videos.
I'm addicted to those very big tomatoes which are called bull's heart because of the shape here in Germany. Excellent taste for tomato salad or just on its own, fresh fruity and so yummy 🤤😋.
Very good Dessie I love stuffed peppers I make mine with bread crumbs chopped onions parsley pepper and salt and a little knob of Kerry Gold butter Merry Christmas
Really beautiful filming and editing. Growing up we canned tomatoes, salsa, tomato sauce:(Chili base), and veg/cabbage Soup with tomato base all in large quarts. This was so fun to feel like Im a part of this tradition. Have you considered making a tomato-chili jam? its hot and sweet and really good.
How are the grapes doing on the stick house? Have they produced any grapes on the vines or did the frost damage them or are they to young to produce any grapes?
Since you have such good tomatoes you do not need corn starch. Actually you never add corn starch to tomato sause. If you need it for pizza and similar uses you make paste. You make the pulpe, put it through a shive, you lay it flat on a bid surface as a table and you let it sundry. In your case you would have to protect it from the animals. Otherwise you boil the pulp extra to reduce the water, you add sugar in it and spices and it thickens by itself. And something extra... Your hair look amazing lately, shiny and glossy, fabulous.
What abundance. Your garden was absolutely awesome this year ! Great job. Nothing better then growing and preserving your own delicious food.
Yummie😋

This isn’t a gardening comment, but just wondering about the blue tractor you got from Deivid’s uncle. Do you still have it?
