Once it was installed the factory Aux and Satellite radio function is no longer there

I purchased this unit 7/26/19 and it did not retain all features when installed. I sent an email and got no reply. Really upset because I spent $900+ for an item that doesn’t work properly. It would’ve been helpful if instructions were included or if a detailed video was made showing how to wire everything up.
I agree with you. Because that was the only problem me and husband had. I paid 400 for it to installed and they had problems with the customer service
Same here, I have notified the Canadian Commerce Department, this company is a scam
The customer service is a joke I had to get it professionally installed for 400.
But overall I love it
