Fantastic review. So refreshing and appreciated to hear a good, HONEST review. Barely anyone else talks about the serious accuracy issues. Garbage in, garbage out…. That’s all that matters. Who cares about the app (which sounds annoyingly complicated) or the fit until they fix the accuracy issues. Glad I found your channel.
Great overall review that mimics my findings. My biggest gripe is the advertised 6 day battery life. When you speak to customer care they basically tell you that 4 days is what is expected but my ring struggles to last for 4 days and is more like 3 so basically am getting half of what's promised. This means I'm charging it almost as frequently as my galaxy watch. The charge time is also way out and can take a good 4 hours to get to 100% 1 hour Limited workout tracking and the dodgy HR tracking are poor. Although this mode is in beta, it is highly unreliable as most of my runs didn't even dip into zone 2 regardless of if I was doing intervals or hills. This makes you question the validity of the rest of the data. They have promised a firmware update to fix this by the end of the month (October 2023) but nothing yet and it's the last day. Finally, the app is very congested. A big waste of all the tabs to literally cram everything into 1 tab. It's a shame as all the reviews before launch were painting a very different picture.
I’m wondering if his system was set up with the Garman? I’ve heard this works much better with an iWatch better. It works great from what I’m hearing with iHealth.
Garmin doesn’t take data from most any other products he will share data however the Apple Watch doesn’t do anything with it but the Apple health app works well with the ring.
Nice format, splitting up the review and commenting between you. Really like that!

any updates on now
Not one mention of Oura’s pay per month subscription model, selling you your own data.
I would have thought that activity tracking is pointless because recovery should be based on the data, changes in hrv .etc
Great video. Can you sync the ring's app to other apps like Google Fit?
Great review.
