another lovely video. We have a homestead lifestyle similar to yours. When we were younger we raised lots of animals and veggies and I did lots of sewing and canning to feed the family and too many loads of laundry went out on the clothesline. . Now we are much older and have a smaller veggie garden but more flower gardens and the farm animals consist of a pair of pet donkeys and chickens. I post the occasional group of pictures on facebook and I have had more than one person tell me that we are so lucky to be removed from the worries of COVID19. They would be sadly quite mistaken. We have lost two beloved family members, people who died alone in the hospital and a family funeral with the hugs and closeness that we crave is not allowed at this time. What our lifestyle does for us is that we have a quiet place of peace, beauty, and comfort and a living reminder that this time will pass: all is not lost and there is still much that is good in our world. Thank-you for sharing your life so that others may feel some respite from worry.

This is absolutely beautiful! As I'm also starting my own seeds for my garden, I've also gotten into making sourdough bread too. It's so rewarding going through all that work. And the outfits, oh my. I've been wanting to make my own clothes (dresses/skirts/blouses) during this quarantine, but didn't really know what style. These are exactly what I was visioning. That quilt really caught my eye, because it looks so much like the one my Grandma gave me before she died. Sadly, when I was living in Oklahoma, my house was broken into and the quilt was stolen, among many other things.

I live in Seoul, South Korea surrounded by concrete and honking cars and have to get on a bus to get to the nearest park (which is also overcrowded and not quiet at all). Your vids make me long for living in a green, peaceful place.
