- Father and sons sing the Georgian melody to "Christ is Risen" in English. We worked on this during Lent this year because this beautiful song has captivated us since the first time we ever listened to it and we were engaged by the challenge of learning it. This is our second time recording music on a computer, so we don't really know what we're doing yet.
We overlayed footage of our Holy Week this year at Saint Herman Orthodox Christian parish in Kalispell, Montana. Christ is Risen!

We sang it for the first time this year at our parish, along with several other languages, to bless the people in our parish that come from those countries.
Indeed He is Risen! That's not too far away by Montana standards. I'm glad you were able to sing this, it's such a wonderful hymn. We've only been baptized for a couple of years so we love discovering these beautiful hymns from all over the world for the first time and then learning them. I guess that's the benefit of being in America as well--it seems very normal to gather traditions from all over the world to match our varied parishes. We're a Serbian Diocese parish without a single Serbian, but many people from other countries...only in America!
@@Nuilas We’ve only been baptized for a little over 3 years and we are an Antiochian parish without a single Arabic! Like you said, only in America!
