I really do miss Jerry Lewis's MDA telethon I used to watch it with my parents when I was growing up all the big stars all the classy Hollywood actors not like the trash that they have today
Lol this is a very nice routine of the cards to pocket... old time style lol must be. Raw, funny, entertaining, classic... all the good elements. Today’s version are more sophisticated and with better sleight of hand but... a lot of it lacks that element Lol jony carsosn, well done sr.
Quite a few legends, like Johnny and Orson Welles, were very good close up sleight of hand guys. And beyond that, they were skeptics. Johnny was a great supporter of James Randi, giving him a massive platform to expose people like Uri Geller for the charlatans they are.
@burteriksson totally wrong. Geller claimed his psychic gifts were real, of course we know they were not but a lot of people the world over believed him. You must not have been alive back then! Magicians don't claim their magic is real except when in character - big difference, Geller was a liar and a fraud
Super easy trick. A child of 4 could do it. Here is how it works. 1. You get a standard deck of cards. Must be new. Never used. 2. You purchase a standard time machine. New or used. 3. You keep going back and forth in time, removing the cards, then placing the cards, and so on. It really is that simple
terrible trick. he's palming the 10 cards and stuffing his pocket immediately after jerry plays with his ding dong. its so bad, I'm gonna have to learn it.
Very impressive. This is an advanced level trick.
Johnny showing both sides of his palm is a testament of how good he is with sleight of hand
Or maybe just a basic front and backpalm technique....but it takes practice.
@@noway4413 you dont have to explain anything that you can look up
Nop, he did not use sleight of hand in that part... this shows Jon used to hang out with the best in those days lol amazing
He did this live too props to John
Carson was the man. Comedy, magic and drums. The guy was so talented!

Elegant, beautiful, handsome, a great show man. Love him

I love Jerry Lewis; he ruined this act.

Irritating
When he asked him to open the cards I kept trying to see what he was hiding.
