KIA can make the Sorento a more thoughtful vehicle by:
1) extending the ambient light to the rear doors, just like what the front doors have, &
2) lighting up the cabin light of the boot whenever opening a car door (not only the boot) so that it can light up the 3rd row for better access (since most of the models come with a 3rd row seats).

Thanks for watching the video. I haven't gotten a chance to drive the Toyota Highland yet, but since the Sorento was a bit stiffer compared to the new Santa Fe. Sante Fe had a sedan like suspension. It was comfy. The Sorento on the other hand, it was as usual as other SUVs. It was very precise in its job and handling. Maybe because the Sorento was about 200lbs lighter than the Santa Fe. I might have said "hard" but I meant 'comparing to the Santa Fe MX5'

Sadly, I joined some reddit and facebook groups for sorento and sportage, EVERYONE is complaining about how unreliable the car is. Battery for hybrid model breaking costing 60k to replace, door panels opening up, the stuff i read was insane. JD Power also wont give you a rating unles you pay them so I smell some funny business here. Back to toyota again. Sorry KIA

Thanks for watching the video. It is unfortunate that the battery is still very unreliable. It is very disappointing what's happening over there. If there had occurred so many issues on the battery, you all should do something about it. The U.S. has very strict and thorough laws/policies on the vehicles that people drive, especially where it is related to people's safety. What's confusing me, though , is that we do not have many cases on the battery. I wonder where the U.S models are manufactured because Kia itself will face so many problems exporting each other to overseas and to be honest, I do not even see many problems on the news or articles relating to the battery here in South Korea.
I am sorry about what's happening, but don't be hating the channel. We only review. We don't work for the manufacturer. Of course, it will be very different from my review because we only get to experience each vehicle for a few days, and I express what I see and how I feel about the vehicle. Hopefully, things work out better for the Sorento owners.
