Such an oddly satisfying fidget! At first i was like.. eh thats all it does?? But it really grew on me. Thats what i love about Magnus products is he is not afraid to make unique and unconventional fidgets. His magic beans and the monox are some other good examples.

It's incredibly oddly satisfying! So weird lol. And yeah that's awesome of him to pursue those avenues! Very cool to see those unique fidgets hit the market.

Magnus is the only maker I know of that you buy at 300 and resell at 120 and that's if it moves at all. For this reason alone I won't buy. Mass produced fidgets to me loses the appeal however I think he does have some high quality fidgets. This is an unusual product for sure.

Yes buying and selling fidgets is a pain in general though unless its very specific fidgets. Like for example Modusworks makes only like 10 sliders and his stuff is impossible to get and costs 5x cost on secondary due to bullshit and hype. I would rather take the hit on secondary if it means i can actually obtain and use the product.@@detroitpyro2859

TL:DR Floop is fun, change the bearing.
Floop! I was the second guy posting the spinner mod in the fb group, I'll shoot you a message on fb and show how its done, maybe you can make a tutorial? The stock bearing is greased, I put a UQH quantum in and its much more lively now. The best thing about the floop for me is that subtle angle changes make a huge difference so you can really get your wrist involved, which I havent found in other fidgets.
This might sound far out but I like to think of the physical space that different kinds of fidgets demand. Like a TopB has a tiny "motion footprint", your hand can be stationary and you can fidget in your pocket, while spinners need at least the space for it to spin freely, and sliders are more dynamic and require some space but they cant really be oriented freely, you hardly ever slide a free floater palm down.
The floop is pretty unique in this respect because of its range of motion, lots of things change as you rotate your wrist, and thats awesome!

I watched the video you sent. Very interesting! I gotta try it. Maybe I will make a tutorial! It looks very fun. Thank you for sending that video!
It is interesting how subtle angle changes make big differences in the play of the Floop! Yeah, not many other fidgets have that kind of wrist motion involved.
Huh, fascinating thoughts! Yeah, you're right about the "motion footprints" involved with the fidgets. And lol, I've never thought about using a slider palm down. I just tried it and it's pretty awkward.
Yeah I love how the Floop can be used in many different angles. It's so much fun!

@@FidgetGirlEDC my pleasure, thanks for indulging me! Im desperately trying to procrastinate applying for phd studies so Im getting way to philosophical about fidgets haha

@mepiffi Oh man that's rough! Those applications are no joke lol. I know the pain! Good luck with the applications! 😁
So I put tape on an UQH bearing and I'm using that and wow! It's really great! It turned into a spinner in a way, lol. Super cool! It's also a little more quiet now which is nice. Thanks again for showing me!

Nice review. I was very temped by this. But I decided I would probably never use it. I got 2 other specially magnus fidgets and I haven't used them at all after initial play.

Ah man, hate when that happens. I also thought I would never use this, I had that mindset for a while, then decided to give it a go... it's oddly fun. It's weird. Addicting. Idk. I like it. Maybe it would see more than one use, lol.

Hell yeah. Just got one about a week ago. Love it! Changed the bearing now looking for buttons. Not sure what height I need though.

Awesome! I'm also looking for new buttons lol. Looks like there needs to be a 7.5 mm distance between the buttons if I'm measuring correctly.
