These are def one of my favorites. The Donut 2.0 is amazing!
It's so cute and fun to carry! The sound is great to, it's such a cool fidget to play with! I'm not too fond of having it on paracord though.
@@FidgetGirlEDC haha I refuse to put anything on para. I've just been lugging it around in a leather sack! They do sound great. I actually came to buy lautie, and always end up with acedc...maybe it's a thing now..
HOLY shit I just saw this! You got one of the FANCY mots! I love love love this thing! I just got the peek one in the mail a few weeks ago, and I haven't even opened it!
I loooove this thing. It's so unusual but so pretty! And it's fun to play with. I've been tempted to get the PEEK one, let me know how it is!
hi! very nice collection of favs. whatis that "silent* slider of yours? the one with micarta brass plates? i like how it is really silent 😵we dont hear any pops from sliding yhe plates from top down ? very interesting...
@@angel00demon it's the Whachamawhatsit from Modusworks! I love this little thing!
I have one big fun. You went off camera alot on this one. ❤thanks for the video
Oh no! Did I really? I wasn't much paying attention, to be honest.. sorry! Thanks for watching! 🩵
@@FidgetGirlEDC no big deal I was just like no, no I can't see hahhahaa but I always enjoy your videos I was trying to see how you opened the back
@detroitpyro2859 oh gotcha! Still sorry though lol my bad. To open the back just wedge your fingernail in between the seam of the body at a corner, and then just peel it apart. Hope this helps!
@@FidgetGirlEDC thanks yes it works!
@@detroitpyro2859 Yay! I'm glad!
I have one and think it’s fun! I haven’t tried to tune it yet
Yeah the default setting is really good on its own! Tuning is it's own kind of "fun" lol
Cool design, a bit big and loud for my taste but I like the custom ability of the magnet pattern
Not fun that it's too loud. But yeah, the customization is pretty neat!
No ping gang here, I’m ready for purely vibrational haptics to come back 😅
I like those too! Got any suggestions?
Not too many out there, it’s really just DZ leading “quiet” fidgets in my opinion. I’ve been enjoying series 2 stimagz from their recent kickstarter
do you still wish that tat the magnets were a little stronger? aren't they already very strong?
I actually ended up selling this slider! It just wasn't doing it for me. I can't remember much about the magnets anymore, sorry!
Oh really ? It looks so nice... So do you still have any Magnus Sliders?
@HapticDistortion I have the Crack and the Rail and 2 from the sale coming in!
@@FidgetGirlEDC me too I have quite a few coming in from his sale... A first for me, something else then sliders! Magic Beans and Atom. It's gonna a while before he ships sales orders. Can't wait to check them out. I also hesitated in grabbing the Full Zirc Rail and ended up not getting it, I'm regretting it already!
@HapticDistortion awesome! I'm excited for you! Yeah it does seem like it's gonna take a while to ship out.. but I'm seeing some people on Facebook get theirs already? Idk lol. And aww, I hate that feeling of missing out on something like that! But at least you saved money? Lol
Hi Ash, you better check the composition of ghese cheap shit chinese products you are using as titanium should not leave any black residue unless the metal is mixed with an alloy which is often done to save on cost. Thats not teal titanium and could even be lead based. Be careful..
Oh wow was I getting a residue on my hands? I didn't even notice! I really should get something to test these products. I'm not sure what to get though. Need to look into it. Thanks for the heads up!
I would really enjoy a collection video
It's in the works! 🩵
omg, those are some ugly screws!!! they also seem to all scuffed up already from the person mounting the plates ? who would actually choose such bad screws for a slider, for the bottom plates??? even a philips would have benn way better, and i don't understand why they can just use some torx or allen screws??.
Yeah, idk, I don't like it. Oh well. I'll just never ever open it again haha, that way I won't get brass dust all over or deform the screw anymore than it already is.
i am happy with my good old Rebound, a good little ping macine as you would call it 👌🏼 10$.
Maybe I should check out that Rebound. It seems pretty cool! I do love a variety of ping machines.
So happy to see your videos popping up again! And DANGIT I emailed Michael about the M3 nano spinner after this 😂
Aww yay! Thank you for watching! 🩵 and 😂 I hope you have luck in getting one! I love that little hamburger spinner haha
I was able to grab one from a community member!
@iangunnarschja492 That's awesome, congrats!! What finish does yours have?
@@FidgetGirlEDC that blasted SS body with black blasted buttons that were a gift Michael had made for the previous owner!
@iangunnarschja492 oh cool! That sounds neat looking lol!
Ya the SOB is the 3D printed the non 3D printed is SOB^2 (sliding on a BALLER budget) 😂
Oh! Lol that wasn't super clear on the website to me, but I'll change it
@@FidgetGirlEDC oh it’s not clear at all. So the criticism is valid the initial plan was only 3D printed but people wanted more options and to keep the customization vast I just added them to the same builder
@DidgetTheFidget the customization is brilliant. Love it! Such a cool thing to add, that builder. Are you planning on restocking the body materials that have sold out such as SS?
@@FidgetGirlEDCYa this Tuesday just finished all the bodies making more plates
@@DidgetTheFidget that's awesome!
Hey! Thanks for the review! Missed your vid drop, but found it after a google search. Also glad you were able to review the malarkey too, been wondering about that one too.
Thank you!❤
Thank you for watching! And for such an amazing slider! 🩵
Why no compoform? Compoform is by far the best of all sliders! ❤
Unfortunately, I had to sell mine to make rent several months ago. :/
What's the silent slider at 22:46?
It's the Whachamawhatsit (WMW) slider by Modusworks! I love that little thing.
@@FidgetGirlEDC Perfect, thank you! I heard you say the name, but I'm new to the fidget scene, so trying to guess the spelling to google was...difficult 🙂
Lol! Yeah, it's a weird one for sure! I actually had to look up the spelling before replying, haha.
this coin seems not very popular, hard to find review but you have one! do you have any video of this milk cap setup? i mean different springs and balls. or can i use noise milk cap video?
Yeah it isn't very popular for some reason! I think it's a pretty good coin! I only have the videos that are uploaded, but I might be able to make a Short video this weekend about the setup I have currently if that would help? Not sure what you mean by using the noise milk cap video? You can use any 3mm ball, I'm not sure of the size of the spring though. Does this help at all?
@@FidgetGirlEDC I mean, will there be a difference in sound when using one or two balls, maybe more. I think the stiffness of the spring and materials of ball has a difference too. 🥰
Have a purple rogue and I love it as much as my metal sliders
It really is quite something! I'm impressed!
Nice collection of favorites! Try adding some copper balls into that sugar cube and it might move up higher.
Glad you enjoyed! Hmm, what do mean? Can you explain more?
@@FidgetGirlEDC It comes with glass and steel balls. I was suggestion replacing 1 of them with a copper one. it gives its a unique sound. I will be posting a short soon, with it with a copper ball and a steel ball.
@Cal-EDC ah gotcha! I don't think I have any copper balls that size though. I would if I did! I'm gonna double check...
@@FidgetGirlEDC I don't know know if this is the best place to get them. But I ordered a bunch of different sizes for very cheap from Wish. Its fun to see what copper balls do the sliders!
Where did you get the slider with micarta and brass plates? Love the idea of having a silent slider! Thanks for sharing!
I bought it from someone on Facebook in a fidget marketplace group! I love it. Sometimes people sell theirs, but not too often, especially not with both types of plates! I got lucky for sure
Love the video, my favourites mostly are from Metal Toys Dz
Awesome! I love stuff from them too! Thanks for watching! 🩵
Thanks for the tour de force! Much appreciated. Found this very interesting.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching! 🩵
Thanks for being honest about your experience with the rapt. I think too many people automatically glaze it just because of its status 😂
Lol! I'm surprised I haven't been attacked with pitchforks yet! I agree though, I feel like it's on a pedestal haha
Can’t wait for the stamps/names so I can look some of these up. I have some REALLY good sliders but no good spinners and I’m hoping to find a good one. (Or two) Thank you for sharing your favorites.
And honestly any recommendations for any fidget types you have would be awesome. Right now I have some Magnus sliders, a Luxe magnetic slider/spinner, and some AroundSquare knuckle bones.
I'll put up the timestamps on Saturday! I hope you find something you like! 😊 thank you for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed!
Types? I think you've got them covered, aside from sliders! Unless I'm missing something. Oh! Haptic coins! Those are great!
@@FidgetGirlEDC Sorry, I think my ADHD got a bit ahead of me. Lol Just types as in specific fidgets, brands, etc. I’ve yet to get a good spinner so that’s what I’m looking for the most but I always love a well made and satisfying fidget of any kind.
@@FidgetGirlEDC Any suggestions for a good spinner that’s actually available anywhere? I’m having a hell of a time finding any good ones.
You spent $52 on that when you could have just bought a click eraser for $1.25 at the dollar tree... Same thing except you would have the added benefit of an eraser.
Ha! You see, I already have a collection of stationery full of erasers. I'm lacking in ping makers! Can never have enough. Plus, I can't take apart an eraser and have the parts explode at me! Takes away all the fun!
Beschweren kann man sich da eher weniger
I'm not sure if this is a translation error, but I wasn't complaining? This thing is great!
@@FidgetGirlEDC this is a German meme, it refers to a UA-cam video where someone reviewed like hundreds of fidget spinners in a really long video. And his comment to a lot of those spinners was: "also beschweren kann man sich da eher weniger" wich does roughly translate to: " so I can't really complain about this one" hope that clears things up for u
@flexithefurry11yearsago10 ohhh! Okay cool! Thank you! That does clear stuff up lol. That's funny lol
What does it do? I'm confused
Its a fidget
It's something that's used to keep the mentally disabled occupied.
@@FLAXPILOT Oh got it! I got one of those multi ones. Sure beats picking at my thumbs
It makes ping sounds when you slide it back and forth. It's a lightweight fidget that's very easy and fun to use. It's nice!
I got mine about last week sometime, and I've been enjoying it a lot. I've changed up the springs and balls quite a few times to check out new sounds, and atm I've found one I really like (though the dings irritate those around me more, lol) If you want to check out my current setup, just grab a couple of SS long springs from your Groove DIY kit (or other similarly long springs that aren't very strong), and two 3mm SS balls. Then just set these into the bottom two holes (toward the lanyard hole). Hope you enjoy this setting, if you decide to try it! It's much easier to push than most others I've tried as well. Oh, and if you are still having trouble gripping it, try pushing from the metal patch. I found the additional patch they included to have much better grip, as well. If you decide to change the patch (you called it a sticker I think), you can do it without unscrewing the body. To remove the first patch, you can use the included screwdriver to push it out using the hole on the inside of the device, right beside the track. It's best to hold the screwdriver close to the tip while pushing the patch out, so it comes off nice and clean. (I put the protective film from the 2nd patch over the glue on the back of the first one to keep it clean in case I want to reuse it) When putting in the 2nd patch, try and line the design up the way you want, and lay it in- then hold it in place tightly for 20sec or so, to allow the glue to adhere better. Sorry for the long comment, lol... I've been messing with this thing a lot, so i figured I'd share what I could for you or anyone else that may find it helpful. =] I'm sure I will keep changing things up, as well, but I think I'm going with the setup I described for a while at least! I hope you enjoy yours as well! Enjoyed the video ^_~
That's awesome that you're enjoying it so much! I really love mine too. It's so lightweight and easy to use. I use it mindlessly lol. I'll have to try that setup you're talking about! It sounds interesting. I love to mess around with different settings to try different sounds and feedbacks. I dunno if I'll change the sticker, though. I kinda like it as is. I do use it for grip also lol. Thanks for the comment! And thanks for watching! 🩵
This thing has a wild sound to it!! I kinda dig it! Wish it had some knurling or something for grip though.
Yeah, the sound is out there! Definitely would benefit from some kind of grip element though, I agree with you. It's very slick.
awesome! love it... which FB group ? $50 is a steal
It definitely a steal! It was from The Daily Fidget Marketplace! I'm still giddy about it lol
what's the difference between stainless steel and teflon inner plates?
Teflon is a synthetic product that is smooth, slick, and lightweight, but not as durable as stainless steel (SS). SS is heavier but can be machined in a way that makes the sliding experience smooth. It's durability is much better than teflon. Some people prefer teflon because of how slick it is. I hope this helps!
As to how someone can tell by sound, you’ll have to ask the veterans of this game for that. I stopped collecting these about three years ago or more. Really shouldn’t have.
@@diegogaribay2928 gotcha gotcha. Why did you stop?
The warps look crazy awesome!
Stellar right? I love this thing!
Nice catch ( and also thumbs up to the seller) Your " Gimme!) made me laugh. Your swearing in this vid didn't faze me :)
Right? I'm still stunned I managed this catch! Glad I could give a chuckle too lol.
That bearing sounds like it is a hybrid, ceramic one. Either that, or one of the really good full ceramic bearings.
I'm not sure what it is! You could be right lol. I haven't a clue. How would I be able to tell?
Do an update on your current favs!
I just finished unpacking so it should be soon!
hello! I’m interested top b brass.. do you suggest to buy it? I found three different types of top b brass..
Hello! If you like more weight in your fidgets, then yes definitely! It's great! But if you want something lighter, then I wouldn't go for it. Also if you don't like the metallic scent that comes with brass I wouldn't get it.
Any chance you could check out the Verkk Rogue and let us know what's different about it? No one has done a rogue review yet
Sure! It won't get here for a bit so the review won't be until not this coming Sunday but the next one. But I'll do it for ya!
@@FidgetGirlEDCThank you so much! Appreciate it 😊
Hi. As always, thanks for the very nice review. Pls allow me to ask 3 questions: 1. If you lost your Rebera, would you buy one again? 2. I read the discussion comments saying that the bearings pop out. Ever experienced this? How frequent does this happen? I ask bec I don't want accidentally losing any parts on my fidget. Many thanks in advance for your reply!
Hi! Thanks for watching! 🩵 1. If I lost my Rebera... I think I would buy a new one! I sometimes use mine at work, it's that good, lol! 2. I've never had the bearings pop out, and I've dropped it a few times! It's unfortunate that it was happening to that other guy, but it's never happened to me, and I've used it a lot. I hope this helps!
I think the black balls are Silicon Nitrite Ceramic (Si3N4). This one has always intrigued me, but not enough to buy one.
Oh I think you're right! Thanks! And it's a fun little guy, but I get ya.
I would say the magnet side is my favourite side, but it just pops out too easily. But the whole ergonomics of it is pretty good.
The magnet side is addictive! I haven't had an issue with it popping off yet though, I'm sorry that's happening with yours! I really love the pinging side. The ratchet ride? Lol idk. Both sides are fun.
Glad to see you still making videos, I can't imagine how your collection must look now, hope everything is going well for you
Hey! Yeah haha my collection is a bit of a mess lol. Things are good! Can't complain. Hope they are good for you too!
B+ 😂 throw that shit in the garbage 😅
@detroitpyro2859 🤣 I actually kinda like it more now after playing with it for a while. Maybe I should do an "extra credit" video, lol
I have that same little cart in my office. We use it for beer and cell phones and snacks 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤙🤟🤟🤟
Awesome! Lol is it the same color? That would be neat. And that's a great use of the cart! 🤣
@@FidgetGirlEDC mine is a sad grey hahaha
@CircadianCitizen5 aww lol well it's still a cool cart regardless haha
@@FidgetGirlEDC Hey I made a video of that donut edc. It's on the page. I tried to link it in comments. UA-cam was not havin that haha
@@Citizen_0_5 I watched it! Great video!!
I've never considered that people value the design of the screwheads so much. I've always been a "how it feels is more important than how it looks" guy with fidgets, to the degree that I don't think I'd have even noticed the heads haha
Well ordinarily it wouldn't really be much of an issue at all, just an aesthetic preference, but with these screws they shed metal if you try to turn them because they're so soft. Now that's an issue with brass plates because those plates are soft too, and they'll get all scratched up unless you've got BluTak on hand when you're taking out the screws. That's the real reason why these screws are not preferred.
@@FidgetGirlEDC Oh no! I see - yeah that's whack! I hadn't considered the metal shavings.
@RedNocturne yeah that's the only real issue here lol. If that didn't happen, I'd just remark on how unusual it is to use flat head screws and that's it haha.
Ya the flat heads are just wanting to try and make everything in house and I just didn’t have the best way to make a pretty screw head.
Gotcha gotcha! Yeah my only true quibble is that the screws shed metal when you try to turn them. So you need BluTak just to mess with the magnets.
Looks like it might take some practice to get it working well. And I think FT needs stop using flat heads!
You're right in both regards! I like the fidget more after messing with it longer and getting used to how it works. Those screws though.. lol
It looks like a cool slider. Hopefully, it will just take some time to get used to. I have to agree that the screws aren't very pretty, though.
Yeah after some playing with it, I think I do like it more. Upgraded to an A. Points off for the screws lol.
