This is so wonderful I asked for guidance this morning during my per dawn meditation and watched the sunrise enjoying the energies. I then listened to this messages as in so much want to connect to my guides for ever but at present for an important division. I'm 70 this week and a lot of this is new to me but I love it and it resonates with me. I've been offered a job which I'm not sure in sure I should take as I'm enjoying my retirement with my husband doing art, music and waslking in nature together. We don't need the monry but it's teaching new immigrants to help them gain confidence in their new situation a nd this brings me joy. So I'm following my heart and seeking divine guidance . I have ordered your book and I m so excited that I am a channel. I never thought I could be this but I invoke the angels every morning in my meditation and although I haven't had contact so I'm excited at the prospect.I love your messages and thank you shing Light. Love gratitude peace to you and all All is One Life. Raising the frequencies of Love joy and harmony to Awaken to higher levels of consciousness. 💕❤️😍🦋💖

I think my Angel led me to you Sara. I have a large property to mow with some steep hills and I always talk to him/her before I get on my riding lawn mower and ask for protection. My guardian angel always without fail, leaves me white feathers on the ground wherever I mow to tell me he/she's with me. I always say thanks as soon as I see one.. I've been feeling stuck in the ascension shift and being an empath consuming myself with the negative news with much sadness. Finding a balance and being in the present moment and going within to my heart for innerstanding is the key. What a beautiful, authentic, genuine, kind, soul you are inside and out. Hi Sara, I am reading your book, “You are a channel” right now and I’m falling in love with asking my soul for morning wisdom. Since you mentioned ADHD, I wanted to ask in your experience , do ADHD medications restrict communication with the spirit world? I am 50 years old, was diagnosed at age 38. The medications have been transformative for me being able to work and to teach myself photography and anything else of interest. That said I’ve been meditating for three years and spent a year trying to learn trance without much success. I continue my twice daily meditation practice, and now doing breath work but I wonder often about stimulant medication and if it is limiting my potential.
