Sculpting the form seems so simple, yet uts so hard for me. I need to study up on more skills. Great job Phy! As always, its great to see your process!
Quite interesting how you started off with simple shapes, made a defined sketch out of them, make a lineart and then proceeded to shade depending on the lineart. Thanks for this video, I never knew how to paint that way :)
Awesome job! I have a question :0 from 9:02 , is not necessary to make a detailed lineart? Since I notice you get rid of the lineart slowly, how is that process?
you don't need to have a detailed line art for a painting as long as your sketch is good enough and show all of the forms correctly it is perfectly fine to start painting over it, some people might call what I'm done here 2:36 is a line art but to me it just a sketch cause I don't even care to make it perfect I just trying to keep it as clean as possible so it will make things much easier later on when I paint over it
@@physen5168 Ohh ok interesting , so do you delete or fuse that sketch layer with your color layer or you just turn it off? is just I work clipping group layers separating color line and shadow from each other
well first I just switch to Clip studio paint like a month ago, and for the brush they are just a very simple kind of brush one nothing really specials about it, still looking for a better brush though
I love Leomon since I was a kid 🧡🦁🧡

speed arts are so interesting when they record the part of the gestual drawing and with geometric shapes

Very impressive, did ya switch programs? Cuz i remember you were using paint tool Sai
Also small question, what brushes did you use for this?
well first I just switch to Clip studio paint like a month ago, and for the brush they are just a very simple kind of brush one nothing really specials about it, still looking for a better brush though
Would it be possible to get a link to the main brush you used when shading? I love the way you do it

Looks easy but also hard 😅 I start draw male characters and I referanced your arts. Can you draw human characters? Good drawings ✨
