You had one of the most unique backdrops on your videos, and I think you are doing youself a disservice by going with this plain "meh" background. Yeah, the gray was hard to watch, but now with the wood, sure, it's good looking, but now your vidoes don't stand apart from many of the other youtubers. My suggestion, if you even care, is to remove the wood, paint the wall cerrulean blue, and bluescreen your old garage backdrop when you edit/render your videos. That garage (spaghetti and all) set you apart, and gave you an edge! Good luck either way, but I've shared my two cents.
We just want to know...did you move or just relocated video production ops so the neighbors would stop complaining about strange noises from the garage at all hours of the night?
@@Desu-Desu-Chan-San When did a 'joke' become a dumb comment no one finds funny and leads people to believe you're serious? I don't mean to sound harsh but I see it so much now and it makes no sense..
Tyler. For a video idea, I would love to see what products you've tested in the past that you actually still use in your personal life. And I like the new background.
0:20 lay out a 2x4 frame, attach the peg board to the frame, hinged on both side. Open up the peg board, put a white board/dry erase board on the wall. normally closed, it's a peg board with props. swing the doors open, write out your thoughts, ideas, product rankings, sponsor info, etc. (you can nail the 2x4's flat side to the wall)
I always appreciate the Til Valhalla sponsorship, you do such a genuine job and i REALLY appreciate when promos are for something meaningful vs just a blatant cash grab (no shame though, gotta pay those bills)
The hard sided bag looks like a major upgrade compared to the older versions of mower bags. You used to have to shake, rock, smack and slap that bag to get all the grass out but with the hard sided one you just tipped it over and in a second or two it was completely empty, surely a time saver too
I know when I mow and fill the bag to the max all the grass will get stuck in the babe opening and I have to smack it on the back side of my trash bin.
I think it depends on the bag, moisture level, and type of grass. But I'm not sure, quit using baggers when I was a teen. Way to much grass to be emptying all the time.
About 4 or 5 ago my push mower engine died and I replaced it with a Predator engine from Harbor Freight but it made the lawn mower way heavier and bulkier than it was before. I was shopping at Walmart and saw this little Hyper tough lawn mower on sale for like $179 and I grabbed it. The wheels looked like toy truck plastic wheels and I didn't think much of it. I figured I would be returning it within a day or so. I still have and use the lawn mower and it has never failed to start on the first pull, it is lightweight but doesn't bog down at all even going through heavy grass and it has been one of the best lawn mowers I have ever owned.
How is the predator engine? Besides its bulk obviously. I have a little “4wheeler” thing made for kids with little 2 stoke motor on it that’s seized up. I just found out about those motors at harbor freight and thought about replacing it with one of those. I think that thing would be a blast with like 250cc
My mother bought a cheapy little Troy Built mower after my father left and his old rattletrap died. That cheap PoS has been the best mower. Goes through anything (within reason) and just sips fuel. I've spent more money on fuel for my good Echo weed eater in two months that I have in the TB mower in several years.
@@Fetidaf For power tools, bad For stationary equipment (such as generators and pumps), excellent For vehicles and mobile equipment, your mileage may vary. it's melancholy, I'm so used to the garage, the members names on the back with the stuck spaghetti, the holes in the wall, it's surreal to me to think that's all over. damn
he probably moved to a new place or got a studio to film in. at the end of the day it’s a good thing & we’ll always have the spaghetti on the wall in his older videos lol
love the set, gives a bit of a feeling like a random wooden hut in the woods. imo a good match for your format. and i'm sure, after a few "tests" it gets a bit of character too :)
This was a perfect video Thank you for not adding music while you were talking or fast forwarding the video of cutting the grass it was great to listen to
You had me at TVP! Love everything they do. Thank you for having them as a sponsor - you have cemented me as a lifelong sub and watcher. Nothing but love
Me personally, I don't care about the plain background, or the names on the wall. The garage just fit with the theme or setting of his videos. (For example he's always testing tools or lawn stuff, which would be kept in a garage) so the garage door made the video theme make more sense.
I got the Sun Joe version of this, and it's worked flawlessly for the last two years. I use it for trim work, places my riding mower can't reach, and it's awesome!
Love the wood background but miss the garage too. Anyway, please make more lawnmowers reviews. Please please. 🤭 I like to help my baby, cut grass but my legs are short, maybe there's some lawnmower for girls like me. 😁 Thanks @tylertube
The background to your studio makes it look so nice. I still heard echo and maybe only because you said you tried to address it. I hope you didn’t get ripped off with the paper thin fake foam. You need something like rock wool or mineral wool insulation to actually deaden it like a whisper room.
Love the wood background. I’ll miss the garage but the new background fits the vibe of the channel a lot more than the gray. It looked like a uncanny tech channel before
Tyler! Fyi, Canada's answer to Harbour Freight is called Princess Auto. No word of a lie, the in house brand is Power Fist. The jokes write themselves. I would be willing to "middleman" the logistics if there's no US shipping.
The wood wall looks good, too good to cover with pegboard. However, you should still hang some tools back there. Below that have some shelving which can be used for your "stuff in jars" video projects. You could also have a pull down green screen set up, and green screen the old garage door, and other silly TylerTube stuff. I and many others appreciate your work, keep it up.
Rustic looking wood looks great. Peg board would not look good against that wood. I think rustic metal signs with some tool mounts straight into the wood to hold your tools would look awesome. Just my thought. At the same time it's your space and you need to be happy with the look.

I definitely disagree. Mesh bags take zero room to store and I've never had any issue emptying them.
I've literally never had an issue emptying a regular mower bag. You turn it over and it all falls out.
I know when I mow and fill the bag to the max all the grass will get stuck in the babe opening and I have to smack it on the back side of my trash bin.
@knurlgnar24 mesh bags clog up and restrict airflow though, so you end up having to scrub them out
