I also work with plants. I learned that, because plants are similar with DNA to humans, that they live within us when consumed. It’s mutually beneficial-to both us and the plants-to eat them. And when you cut a plant, let the plant know to pull its energy back. :-)
I began fasting with plant tinctures about 1.5 years ago. There seems to be a logic as one plant friend is paving the way for the next. Presently I have a three month interaction with dandelion. Recently I had a profound dream in which I felt I was psychically wrenching. To me a definite purge is going on, possibly a heavy metal. My intention is to heal my body, speech, and mind. Grateful to dandelion because the gifts keep coming!
