I really hope so. And I'm really thrilled to lift it myself. It feels so utterly differently from the suitcase. Like you use to say about natural stones: I's a puzzle.

Man, you're a life saver! I've been wanting to get into kettlebell and sandbag lifting for some time but didn't know where to start from. This saved my life!!! I would love for you to cover how to make kettlebells in the future. Thank you as always, Florian!

Thinking of doing this and maybe just doing 4 or 5 layers of rubble/textile bags before putting it in a hessian bag or two. 🤔

Duct tape and Athletic tape has always been superior compared to clear tape.
Where did you get the coffee bag?

I got it from where I am also ordering my coffee. See here: www.loppokaffee.de/products/leerer-kaffeesack

@@creativetraininghacks ohh, and couldn't you also tape the entire bag for extra protection?

@@victorstreet You could. However, there is one problem I've experienced after taping several areas of my suitcase: It will inevitably rub off and coil up longitudinally over time, which will impede several exercises by sticking to your skin or clothes. And I want to avoid getting in contact with the adhesives, because I suspect them to contain xeno-estrogens. I may be paranoid in that aspect, of course, but that's also the reason I don't particularly like to train with rubber resistance bands 😄
