Struggled for a few weeks with my swing and felt too static over the ball. Decided to engage me legs more and use the ground. For me I focus on flexing and loading my left leg in the backswing and then extending and straightening it in the downswing. The results are so much better. More distance, easier swing and just less swing thoughts in the limited time we have during the swing. Once again the zen master reminds us how important using the ground is. Nice 1

Nice one Philip, keep an eye on that left leg on the backswing as in an ideal world (biomechanically) it would be unweighting from the floor, then loading again, to then extend. But as of course and always; find what works for you.

@@GRFGolf it almost looks like the player extends his trail leg on the takeaway and then extends his lead leg into impact. Am I seeing that right?

@@GRFGolf You guys also need to do some follow up videos with your clients to find out how much they have improved through your lesson over a certain period. Also because amateurs tend to forget or change what they have learnt. I am one of them 🙂

Arms fully extended or thinking of being extended at the ball instead of past the ball. You don’t really fully extend the arms until about 20-45 degrees past strike. Learning that has helped me stay down. Kind of like raking leaves you don’t take at the leaves you rake through them and sling them to the pile

How is it more consistent with irons if you have to time the Push every shots?
More power for sure. But consistency?

How come you dont supply trackman numbers to your viewers? I have always been interested in how many yards has been gained and dispersion differences. It does look like the students are hitting it more efficiently but its always nice to measure progress

There's a few videos with Flightscope data but the videos are a fly on the wall view of the pupil's private lesson which is specific to them and quite often the launch monitor can become a distraction and defocus them from where there attention needs to be affecting the effectiveness of the applications.

@@GRFGolffirst thing i thought of, after wondering aboUt distances 😜…., if theyre paying attention to the numbers they inevitably start chasing numbers , possibly distracting from learning new muscle memory 👍🏼

I certainly applaud the results you get. However I’ve noticed more and more gimmicky devices being used to teach something you claim we naturally have. Having said that while considering purchasing your system for shipment to the USA.

All these 'gimmicks' are challenges to elicit a response from the body. It's the response which gives us the answers, the lesson gives us the opportunity to develop and apply our awareness to improve our action 👍
