Just had the guys at National Speed in Wilmington install the Magnuson on my 2020 Tundra. No regrets whatsoever. The throttle response is instant even with moderate input. Push the pedal to the floor and your laughing with excitement. I'm convinced that I'm taking it to the next level with the long tube headers, smaller pulley etc... Everyone has their vices, I know what mine are.
if the engine is still making near factory hp specs on the dyno then it is good to go. Slap the charger on. 200-300k is fine if the engine has been maintained.
I wouldn't worry about mileage if you know the maintenance has been kept up on. There's quite a few people who have put a supercharger on 200k+ mile V8s and the V6
Can I still use my S&B Cold Air Intake System with this supercharger? Also have you guys done a whipple supercharger install on a 2nd gen tundra yet? I didnt see the option on your website.

Magnuson made the TRD Supercharger 1.9 but they have an upgrade to 2.6 SC . Look into it because it stays cooler and it’s spec to Toyotas request for reliability
Magnuson has more support and backing from toyota along with being approved by toyota (obviously no warranty though) but I would say both are honestly safe.
Have yall done any tuning with turbo setups on the 3urfe, I'm hoping to be ready for tuning after the first of the year and no one upstate SC is keen on toyota tuning other than your typical 1j an 2j setups

Correct! While this truck in particular operates on 93 octane, we have done multiple builds which still operate safely on 87 octane, although the impact to power output is considerable.

A friend has a supercharged Tundra 5.7, he doesn't have any mods made to it other that the Magnuson supercharged, he has killed two transmissions and he was told that the stock transmission doesn't hold up much more power than the stock 7.7 engine has, what's your experience regarding transmission reliability?
I assume they just loop that in with the 200 series Land Cruiser that he mentions at the end of the video. All parts should be interchangeable for 200 series and LX 570, no?
So do you guys recommend wheels and tires first? Prior to this, so the tune takes into account the extra tires? Do you need to upgrade/beef up drive shaft? Or rear end? Or like diff and cv input thingys for front end? Or will the stock be able to handle it ok. Kind of beginning my research down this rabbit hole. Its weird that you say that the supercharger makes all its gains at low and midrange rpm and then on your dyno chart you only show 3k to redline. Like you said at the beginning of the video my truck spends 90% of its time below 3k rpm.

Hey Ronald! During cruise conditions, you should not see a change in mpg. However, that is purely dependent on how much you press that skinny pedal!
