Thank you for the video. I was trying to figure out how to raise it. When you just pulled it apart I felt like dumber from dumb and dumber 😂 Thanks again and I really like this tripod contrary to some the reviews. They must be picky people 😂
Thanks, was just looking at this yesterday and "suffenly" I get this on my page ;-) Now I can confirm to buy one because of your video. Thanks for the review!
Thanks. Does the remote still take a picture if the countdown setting is enabled. Maybe, to free my hands from the remote, and have 10 seconds to position my hands on a guitar or something? And then, if so, can the remote navigate to those extra settings in the iPhone? Or does it always take a photo exactly at the instant the remote button is tapped, regardless of timer setting?
CONFIRMED IT WORKS!!! Tested on an IPhone 14 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Set your timer and click the button when you are ready to start the timer.
Thanks for the question. I would think the remote is compatible with all/most android, as it works with my Galaxy s23 ultra. I have found you have to pair with the remote every time before opening the camera app for it to work correctly. Not a pain, just about 3 extra seconds of setup time.
3:37 you showed a rectangular shape lighting system that attaches perfectly. I'm looking for this online and having problems finding it. Can you please help? THANK YOU!!!
That is actually my DJI mic microphone receiver. It is the receiver for a microphone system we use in our media recordings. A link to the microphone system is in the description.
Here is a lighting system that should work in your cold shoe mount. geni.us/38suGX ULANZI VL49 RGB Video Lights, LED Camera Light 360° Full Color Portable Photography Lighting w 3 Cold Shoe, 2000mAh Rechargeable CRI 95+ 2500-9000K Dimmable Panel Lamp Support Magnetic Attraction
5:22 that part that you are playing with before you attach the phone mount.. could one attach a webcam to that part? for example, the logitech brio could be mounted to a tripod on to a piece that looks similar to that part you are moving back and forth.
I have seen a lot of negative feedback on Amazon, some buyers say that the telescopic pole disassembles in a few days, others say that it is not stable, others say that the telescopic pole falls under the action of the weight, so be it, it can be considered a good purchase ? I can't find another selfie stick that has these adjustment possibilities. Thank you!
We have had no problems with it collapsing or being unstable. We have used it with gopro, insta360, and phones without problems. We have forgotten to tighten the round nut to secure the feet in place a few times and have encountered instability, but only due to operator error. When fully extended up, it is a little top-heavy, so in windy conditions, it could get unstable, but it is not a tripod and that is a problem of this genre of selfie stick tripod things, not gut this one. Our shoots are mostly indoors and with light equipment, so we do not have problems. It's been a few months and we think it was worth the money for what it does.
Mine is called AB Shutter 3, there might be a little plastic tap you have to pull out of the remote to activate the battery. I don't remember if mine did. While your phone is BT scanning, try pressing the button on the remote. Is it stated in the instructions?
The only two bolts I can see in this assembly are the one that screws into the caramel in the bottom of the head, or the one with the big handles that allows the head to tilt up and down. Can't help you if it's something else.
Just wondering, when you're using this as a tripod fully extended with your phone attached does it feel sturdy? I'd hate to set it up and back away only to find out that its fallen over and my phone is now damaged from the fall. How does the battery life hold up on the remote? Does the remote have a good range?
As long as you put it on flat level ground and it's not very windy it shouldn't tip over. Battery life has been good, haven't had to change batteries since we got it. Range has been good too, haven't tested it but we are never more than 20ft when we use it.

Weird how that works! Thanks for tuning in.
Great overview. Thanks!

very detailed review.. love it.
Thanks for the video. Very helpful. Does the remote control bluetooth key pod need battery replacement
It may over time, but not out of the box
Hi, I got the same product, bluetooth is connected and my photo app is open but it doesn't take a picture.

You might be able to clamp it in there. That pc is just a C clamp basically.

@@UncleFabReviews Cool, thanks. How long have you been using it for?

What does the remote do?
When connected to the camera, you can use it to take the picture remotely.
Is it made of metal or mostly plastic?
Mostly plastic
How much did it cost?
When I purchased it was 29$ with a 10$ off coupon, making it 19$
