- A few weeks ago I hit Dyfi Bike park to ride the brand new Red track - Lovey Dyfi. It rides great! Friendly for most abilities and a great addition to what's already an amazing bikepark. More videos to come!

Would love to see what your training looks like for regular riding / enduro competitions! For example, how do you build fitness on the bike? Or managing an office job and training.

I was thinking the same thing, good idea; full on training, from diet to long road and gravel rides or even trainer rides (would be cool live too with viewers able to do ride-alongs), it would be sweet to see a vlog progression of some insane fitness gains, the science on this stuff is out there Jono could make it work, the commentary would be top notch, and it would be useful, all serious pro moto riders train hard like this, it would for sure transfer to enduro, and downhill.
I’d suggest checking out the Isle of Wight MTB centre, it’s not massive but has a great variety of trails and a good atmosphere 👍🏼 one of my favourite places to ride

Glad you addressed the exasperated comments you got from all the Welshies the last time you vlogged there. Watching this though you had me exasperated at the end of each run, shouting 'gloves, gloves!' at the screen! Been getting cold hands a fair bit just recently, needing gloves on my dog walks, so I can't imagine how numb & ghostly mine would've gone shooting down some of those motorway sections of trail in those conditions. You look after your body more when you get older...

I've been doing sums with me calculator and I reckon that if Dan Atherton lives to the age of 174 all of Wales will be covered in bike trails.
it's always cool seeing people do the places we know like this so I'd love to see you do Wind Hill on this and the different Propane models around. Demoed a Spindrift there at the weekend and it was awesome so seeing you ride there on a few of the models would be ace.

it's a good angle for the riding but he does need to remember to wipe on the chill bits, especially this time of year and especially any time of year in Wales!
In all seriousness though I reckon it could be super cool if you and your work friends explored each others passions and hobbies outside of work. Take them bike riding, and I think it'd be cool to see you do what makes them come alive too. Many of us are in the position of working a day job and chasing thrills on our days off/evenings/mornings. We should celebrate that we all have different and equally cool passions. I feel like you could be a great presenter for this type of content. Just an idea mate :) All the best!

Cwmcarn Forest bike park is unfortunately losing its uplift but it's still got a good DH section and cross country. It would be great for you to check it out and give it the exposure it deserves. Shout out to Daz for the 17 years running the uplift. 💚
If you want to check out some smaller bike parks you could come down south and go ride at Okeford Hill Bikepark. It has an uplift and lots of steep runs!

I know it's hard to sort a week off from the day job but a video diary of a weeks roadtrip in the UK stopping off at a different bike park everyday could be fun. Could easily find 7 bike parks from Chick Sands to Dyfi for a bit of an adventure. Get Deaks and others to come along too. Fun shots of what you get up to between the riding is always a good watch.

i reckon you should come down to St. Albans pump track and try some of the weird gaps the locals have been messing about with, and when the dirt jumps re open you should try and clear the lot of them on the DJ.
