First off awesome video and very informative, Love it! Second, I think this is the line I need to session to get my jumping skills and confidence back after a recent crash. I absolutely love this place. keep these videos coming :)
Best description of icon way I've found. I did the smaller ramp blind yesterday then the higher one after. It's like you say you just cant describe how big these are until you see them close up. I told a few people the only way I can describe the big ramp off is take your bike up to the roof an jump off it 🤣 I wish I did what you did blind off the top straight off but I had no one to follow to gauge the speed. Fair play. It's ticked off for me now Anyway 🙏🏻
Great video and just in time too. I'm due my first visit there next Friday. I'm a bit apprehensive though. Will definitely be steering clear of Oakley and Slab track 👍🏻
Terrific editing. Makes for great viewing. Thanks! Er, did you say you don't think this video does those jumps justice? Well, take it from me, it certainly does!! It had me screaming for mercy and I was just watching it . . .
That Oakley line first wooden drop off feature, your camera does not do it justice one bit, I was here last week and it's absolutely huge. Fair play for just sending it without even checking out the feature, some pair of balls mate 😅
Was this filmed on a Gopro 10? Looks like the same weird stabilisation wobble I am getting on a few of the clips there. Never the less, nice video and Dyfi looks insanely good!
One of the best edits for Dyfi ive ever watched. Gives you a real good feel for the place and how tech and BIG some of the features are. Nice one!
👊😎🤘
Really appreciate your comment :) Means a lot reading this
Guy infront had MASSIVE sends!!!! Fair play for hitting that drop . Top vid.
I’m a beginner and you make this look easy. I’ll have to try some baby jumps first before launching off the side off a mountain!
Brilliant video, thanks. Loved the technical stop start footage. Really looks hard.
Thanks a ton!
Very helpful video thank you, nice footage and some ballsy sends👊🏻🤘🏻
Thanks Wayne - glad you found it helpful : )
you know the storm wind you edit in (4:55) is from the Netherland its like 1 block of where i stay lol
Ah no way! That's cool!
That was such a cracking day there! hopefully the weather calms down a bit here before you come back.
I hope so too!

Have fun! There's so much there to ride - whatever skill level you are
Loved watching this!
Looks amazing, my local place is Hamsterley. Wales looks a bit more extreme! 😳
It's just different - I used to ride at Hamsterley a lot - loved it. May have to take a trip back soon for a ride.
Holy snieki, that last section was brutal, better bring a shop full of spare parts, out of my pay grade, excellent video👍
Tell me about it! There is a bike shop / cafe there too
Looks the equal to places in the USA that I've seen on UA-cam.
The jumps looked enormous.
Big jumps - really well built too. Can't wait to ride more bike parks
What a sick day 🤘🏼 can’t wait to go back
And me!
Awesome Alex!
