I got a 02 e53 with about 180000 for $3000 US a little over a year ago. It has been a lot of fun/work, but it still seems better than yours. Great video!!
i have a problem with mine, transmission changes are slow on the 1-2 gears. no errors tho. don't know where to start. previous owner didn't do well maintaining it

Fluid may need changing, maybe a 'little' Lucas transmission fix.
