He made massive abstract sculptures that were completely solid weighing multiple tons, and he would fire them in a large kiln, resulting in an unpredictably beautiful molten conglomerate. He was really pushing the boundaries of ceramic art and his kiln exploded resulting in his death at age 28
I guess the problem would be that he didn't exactly die from something he invented, innovation and invention is not exactly the same thing. But my respects goes out to anyone who dedicates their life pushing the boundaries of what they love, even if it actually kills them.

*modernized the HESCO, a "gabion" type has existed since The Western Roman Era.

The Killdozer story is interesting. People hail him as some sort of hero for standing up to The Man and not killing anyone but he definitely tried to kill a lot of people, and a lot of why he got into a conflict was because he was a giant asshole. Like, the city definitely screwed him over but he wasn't an angel either. Thankfully, he was the only one that actually got hurt.
