Easy Pizza | Tasty Junior

1 cup warm water
2 tsp sugar
1 packet active yeast
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 jar marinara sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Additional toppings of choice
Preheat oven to 450°F / 230°C.
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup warm water, 2 tsp sugar, and 1 packet active yeast. Stir and then let sit for 10 minutes to allow yeast to activate.
Add 2 1/2 cups bread flour, 1 tsp salt, and 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Mix until it forms one even ball of dough. Cut dough into as many pieces as desired and flatten into pizza crust shape. Top with desired toppings and bake at 450°F / 230°C for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. All Tasty music provided by Audio Network and Warner Chappell Inc. Used with permission

does the flour have to be bread flour or can it be all purpose flour?
It can be all purpose. The only difference between bread flour and all purpose is the amount of fat. Apparently all purpose results in more chewy dough
Jello And Juice all purpose flour you can use for everything cause it has the perfect amount of fat and moisture for breads,cakes (etc)

I tried this today it was yummy but dough didn't really have a pizza doughy taste but it was yummy.
Made these today but the bottom is very cripsy and a bit hard while the inner is quite soft,is there a way to make it soft and easy to bite?Shld i apply so water at the bottom of the dough before baking?
