Let us know which shop has the best Char Kway Teow in Malaysia in the comments 👇
Nice men. Nice food. Good job. Great video. Watching here. 👌🍻
Actually every where , every state best in Malaysia, all people taste flavour different, our 10 finger different long
炒粿条应该是干的,不懂为什么加那么湯水,而且火不夠大,沒有煱气,好像新加坡的闷蝦面,湿湿的。真正的梹城炒粿条不是这样子的。😅
He doesnt pay any tax, sends all his money to Pua Chu Kang.
Its looks very delicious and yummy
Taste and texture is important. they does not mean it will taste good
Hadir support 🙋🙋
They best char kway teow always the penang char kway teow.
best CKT 😂😂😂 are you done travel all over Malaysia?
Agreed all states have ckt to each their taste my ckt must put towgeh chye sim lots of chilli two😂 eggs n crockles plus pork lard crispy ones
That 35 year old wok is the secret ingredient. hehe
卫生注意一点就更完美了!😅
First mistake was to add the bean sprouts so early in the frying process. Who enjoys over-cooked bean sprouts instead of a lighly steamed n cruncy ones?
Hello you expert in cooking ah. Don’t talk big 😂
He is right but seller won't bother details, just want to cook faster
@@wcyam7471Maybe the best among the worst in that coffeeshop?
I agree with you
@@gerarddanasamy9799
Authentic char koay teow from penang the bean sprouts are crunchy.
Second mistake adding liquid. CKT shd be done dry n not wet n the fire’s not really tht hot
U try see no water can move the kueh tiao or not
@@wcyam7471 yes I can do it without water added and extra oil...this is based on experience and if the heat are enough high temp the kuey teow won't stick to the wok, if you want to know the person skill u try to order fried mee without bean sprouts ( taugeh) or without egg but less oil see what is the results,
I agree to that too
@@wcyam7471feels like you are not a very good cook. The heat of the pan is the key.
@@malayanboey3406 yes, the heat can make it not stick to wok but still it can be too dry so add bit water.
Tasty food
This youtuber is deceiving people. It’s not delicious at all. The fried kway teow is soggy and the clams are frozen. The young man’s fried kway teow at the third shop next door is better than his. That young man’s fried kway teow is fried one by one. , the heat is fragrant and delicious
Love to try it. I wander is the food Halal?
Not halal
@@SeasonedFoodieIf it is halal, then, it is not authentic ...... however "delicious" it may be.
What is yellow smee?
Yellow egg noodle. Wheat based.
@@centerman066a variation I do not enjoy. Koay Teow only.
Why he does not add the cockle blood? It makes a difference. Wonder what is in the anchovy stock. I would add the prawn heads in the stock,
Look how nasty his work area is, as well as his cooking utensils are.
Malaysia isn't a first world country. What'd you expect?
@@AngelusBradyyou don’t have to be a first world country to know how to keep your area clean.
@@ray7419 Third world countries are used to "messiness" and their bodies have adapted to it. Along with them prioritizing food over cleanliness.
Oh so very wrong in too many aspects. Kudos that he survived these many years ....
not snuff fire ..... i dun think it can be considered the best....mebe only along that street.....LOL ...
looks more like indian/mamak style Halal cooking .....
Definiitely not Up-To-The-Mark laa.....Johor is not known to have great food....
Exactly, Johor just a place of average food with expensive price.
Looks like that stovetop hasn’t been cleaned for 35 years
Que ricoooo se antoja salusos
手套口罩😷会更美味
炒了三十五年?😢好像新馬仔
Wet, lowfire, dirty, over cooking .. can't ecen come close to average.
Not nice very very dirty😢
Very dirty
VERY DIRTY COOKING AREA
WHERE IS THE NEA
The kitchen is dirty.
There is no best Char Kway Teow in Malaysia.
Sloppiest cook I've ever seen, food going everywhere
Looks dirty...
best CKT ? you say great, good ,ho liau, ho chiak etc etc...dont say best CKT in malaysia and purposely put a question mark there , oi jangan buat malu ok... over in Penang also they never ever say they have the best CKT in Malaysia..
Agreed....even I also won't say my ckt " is the best ckt in pj nor Malaysia"
@@Mr.charkueyteow i just have the time to read most of the comments, hahahaha
It’s called clickbait to make people click bro, chill lol
Ok karen
i know the cheap clickbait , i wasnt born yesterday. TQ
Looks dirty
Sorry to say this ckt are too wet then too much lark oil, yes i understand lark oil can be tasty because the aroma then assorted into mee/ kuey teow but its too over for me. Ckt should be average wet not too dry that is the best xkt we call it wok hei, next time pls ask the person who can fried ckt you order fried mee only without bean sprouts ( taugeh ) or without egg and less oil see what the outcome...if you cant find or you think i am bullshit come i cook for you you comment here i give you address
A copycat culture
adding too much water and adding bean sprout prematurely. can't be the best.
Click bait title 😌
Messy place.
