    Thank you. I am 70 yrs old, and after taking a break from lifting all my life, this break for a few years seems to have limited my shoulders (and arms) from moving my overheard stretch to my ears or further to the rear.

    Is incredible for shoulders once you learn how to do it correctly, and I had an awesome teacher. 🎉

    Never really had a problem performing this exercise. It's one of my favourite shoulder exercises and dare I say it highly underrated.

    I have never been a fan of these always felt them in my low back usually do them seated to prevent discomfort. I will give these tips a go. Also, you have a nice speaking voice and delivery of information. Thanks MindPump for sharing this gentleman with us.
