I have never been a fan of these always felt them in my low back usually do them seated to prevent discomfort. I will give these tips a go. Also, you have a nice speaking voice and delivery of information. Thanks MindPump for sharing this gentleman with us.

Never really had a problem performing this exercise. It's one of my favourite shoulder exercises and dare I say it highly underrated.
