making sabji in this way is ok to eat fresh...
but if u have to take it in tiffin and eat after 6hrs then it doesn't stay fresh in humid environment of mumbai...
any suggestions for it?

Good afternoon dear Aunty and Tanmay - I loved the name of the dish Chatpati Masalrdaar Aloo Bhindi. For me Bhindi is my most favourite dish and can have it 365 days a year . I also love Aloo . So this combo has to be my favourite. Thanks for the tips on selection and washing of Bhindi . The colour of Aunty’s Nail Paint , Bhindi and the Knife holder are all green 😀 I love Aunty’s detailed and step wise process . I already mentioned my favourite. Today for lunch I had Palak Paneer but Bhindi is my favourite. Wow the final product looks lip-smacking . Should be incredible 💯💯💯 I keep my veggies separately because if I put it on top of my Paratha then it would get soggy . Anyways I thoroughly enjoyed this super delectable cooking vlogs . HUGE THANKS to Aunty for teaching us this recipe 🙏❤️ Today is going to be super awesome BP vlog in the morning , now CP vlog , in the evening VP & TP vlogs . Bhindi is one of my favorite if not the favorite summer vegetable especially in breakfast as it is filled with nutrients and good for eyesight 😋
