Are you the home owner? If I can save you "x" on "x" would you be interested? Then live with the answer. I never run out of potential customers..just time. Wasting time with shoppers limits my time in front of buyers. This is what effects success...assuming that you are putting in the hours. It seems there are parallels here. For me it's not about convincing that seems desperate. It's about identifying buyers.

Because at that moment you are just a stranger, maybe even a weird one. If a friend introduces you, the same woman will feel much more relaxed since her friend introduced you to each other. @@CalculonTV I actually do it all the time. It’s really the only way I meet and go out with girls and the cool thing is that there so amazed I approached them it scores me big points. They later tell me no guys ever just walk up to them and ask start talking to them or even ask them out for that matter and the confidence to just do it is very attractive to them. I ran night clubs for over 25 years so talking to girls and going out with them is pretty easy. Yea it doesn’t always work out but id say I’m at around 70% success rate and rejection doesn’t bother me. I’m just not an online guy. I live in Los Angeles so girls actually approach me but when i lived in NYC it was a completely different story. You almost need a friend to introduce you to a girl. Man i got shut down so many times and so rudely to. Different thing all together dating in LA than NYC. You do however make good points. In fact very good points. I also found when I have a girl with me (friend) it makes a huge difference for going out with potential girls.
