A new fishing boat get's launched!
"Scaling Back" joins the rest of the fleet of fishing boats built by Cheticamp Boatbuilders and Supplies, launched by B.A. Mac Fisheries.
Of course and as always, happy to be service. :)

Every boat in that yard is a work of art.Gorgeous traditional designs that harken back to a day when form and function were important.What is that rack for on the port side after deck? Thanks for creating and sharing these videos with us. One day we will be glad we have a record of places and events like this.

Hi Joe. The fence can be used to lash/tie buoys, ropes and other accessories when setting traps or bringing them in at the end of a fishing season allowing greater deck space for traps and such. Crab season is just around the corner.... stay tuned for more footage.😊
