Lesson Learnt - Got to be careful not to add too much of Turmeric salt solution! If you have the quantity of oil in the pan (1 ltr) that our Chef showed in the video, only then add 10 tsp of the solution. If you are using less oil, pls reduce the solution quantity accordingly 🙂
Very useful tips. But I didn't read it before I started . So it came out very salty. it's very difficult to taste a bit.

In being a student and wanting to be a vegetarian , I was for long thinking of how can I get Indian food as a vegetarian meal for me. Usually western meals as in for vegetarian will be very dry like oats, fruits and I've always wondered and been logging for an Indian spicy vegetarian easy cook recipes. As all know that we Indians are so so used to eating spicy food. Itz in our genetics so nothing western could beat the genetics and our root. When I saw ur channel Sir, I got so so happy. I tried the masala tea here all by myself and itz so so calming, I tried vege fried rice and briyani now. Goddd. Itz full of flavours and itz just therapy to the soul. So happy. Chef I have doubt won't it react when you mix water with hot boiling water. It will start bursting when we mix water with hot water. Pls clarify me this chef

Actually when u add salt to water it will not burn when fry chips in oil I have been doing this past 20 years and u need worry about but if u drop only water a drop it will burn surely it because of salt it doesn't burn
