I made these today and they turned out soo good. I don't have a mixer, so I just mixed with a spoon and eyed all the ingredients because why not. After taking these out of the oven, I was a bit unsure if they had been cooked enough yet, as they were very soft and didn't really look any different. However, after letting them cool down, I was amazed. These cookies were amazing. Slightly crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I think I'll make these again for a school snack sometime soon. Thanks so much for sharing this!

i tried this and it was good at first until idk it didn't turn out dough-ish so im putting it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Instead of making balls, i'm putting the mixture into 1 big pan and straight into the oven so i can choose the shape of my cookies by cutting them into squares!
    Hope this helps someone!

I was feeling lost and uninspired in my life. Everything around me felt stagnant, and I longed for something to bring me joy and purpose again. One day, while browsing through a magazine, a recipe for chocolate chip cookies caught my eye. Feeling a spark of interest, I decided to try my hand at baking them.
As I began gathering the ingredients and preparing the dough, I felt a sense of focus and clarity that I hadn't experienced in a long time. As I stirred and measured, I found myself lost in the process, forgetting about all my worries and fears. When the cookies finally emerged from the oven, warm and fragrant, I felt a rush of excitement and satisfaction.
Over the next few weeks, I began to bake more and more. I experimented with different recipes, added my own twists and flavors, and even began sharing my creations with friends and family. And with every batch I baked, I found that the sense of purpose and joy I had been missing was slowly returning to my life.
But it wasn't until one fateful day that baking cookies truly changed my life forever. It started like any other day, as I prepared for a hike through the nearby forest. But as I was walking, I heard a loud roar, and a massive dragon descended from the sky, blocking my path.
I was terrified and didn't know what to do. But then, I remembered the power of baking. I quickly took out a cookie that I had brought with me and offered it to the dragon. To my surprise, the dragon sniffed at the cookie, then opened its mouth and swallowed it whole.
And then, a miracle happened. The dragon's eyes began to glow, and its scales started to shimmer. I watched in awe as the massive creature began to shrink in size until it was nothing more than a tiny lizard. With a laugh of disbelief, I carefully picked it up and brought it home.
From that day forward, my life was never the same. I continued to bake and experiment with new flavors, always pushing the boundaries of what was possible. And every time I felt lost or uncertain, I simply turned to my trusty cookie recipes, knowing that they held the power to transform even the most impossible situations.
As for the dragon, I kept it as a beloved pet, and whenever I felt the need for adventure, I would take it on wild journeys through the forest, secure in the knowledge that with a little bit of baking magic, anything was possible.
