I'll be starting the standalones of Joe Abercrombie this year as well. I saw you were part of the 5 Warrior Angels buddy read. Knowing your tastes, I have no doubt this series will make your top 5 for 2024.

These are all classics. I would love to read more Malazan in 2024. Discworld is one that I would take my time going through. Eleventh cycle is also on my list. The blade itself also had to be on this list. Great Video.

That is such an amazing list with some indie authors I really need to get to (just started Dungeon Crawler Carl, own the first book of Hybrid Helix and just bought Renia due to your recommendation) and some of my favorites like Malazan and First Law.

Such an interesting list because I love Dungeon Crawler Carl, I've only read Wisrful Ascending but really enjoyed it, but I hated Renia and dont care for First Law either lol. I guess I'll need to read 11th Cycle as the tiebreaker!
I have no idea what you’ll make of Eleventh Cycle, it’s absolutely brutal though! Grimdark with eldritch vibes.

I really think Malazan will hold up. The later books keep getting either better or maintain their quality imo. Thank you so much for including Hybrid Helix. So honored to be here! Renia was my top read of the year as well.
