Thank you for this video. I've been a successful permaculture farmer for a while. After I spent 20 years as an engineer, I "retired" into my passion. I specialize in edible native species. This has made me rather interested in getting into ecological restoration as a profession. What holds me back, is the job market. It seems(I live in Texas) that the U.S. does not have a robust ecological economy. How can I score good restoration jobs, without having to move all over the place all the time(I have sick parents that need care)?
