I am 19 years old. 2 days ago suddenly my nose started bleeding and when my mom measured my BP it was 190/80. I am fit and I workout everyday. All my blood reports and ECG are normal. Since then my BP is always high around 140/90 or 150/100. Doctor said it is probably anxiety and told me to do this Renal Doppler test 😭
The hardest about renal dopplers for me is optimizing color flow. Between the bowel gas and not knowing when to use slow flow or fast flow it definitely becomes a challenge for me
Been a vascular sonographer for 40 years. Been teaching for 25. Nice quick presentation but a few things I wouldn't want my students to learn from this. Your angle corrects on aorta are way off. Aortic velocities would be lower than you show. Also, talked about angle correct on intrarenal but velocities are not used to diagnose, only waveforms and acceleration times. Otherwise, I'm asking them to look at this.
You never disappoint me on teaching clearly sir. Thank u
Beautifully explained in the easiest way possible … thanks
Maaan!! You are really good.
Good at the probe and good in teaching
thank you sooo much! big fan of your content
Very well demonstrated.👍
Thank you for making this so easy 👍👍

You’re the f*cking best, thank you!
any tips on how to overcome movememt due to breathing issues?
Can you show position of the probe
0:52 Is it VMS and no Vena portae ?

Sir do you have uterine artery doppler technique video
Thanks so much!
You’re welcome!
Hey -- how long should a doppler scan on your renal arteries take?
