Just sent Tony an email with a couple of questions. Even during the holidays, he responded in about 3-4 minutes, clear and concise. He even invited more question if I had them. He could, and maybe should, give lessons on CUSTOMER SERVICE! AMAZING!!!!

After seeing your install video I ordered the tool battery version for my hm126. It’s been 3 months and still waiting. Last month he sent a response to my email saying it should be in the next batch but who knows. Thinking I should have gone a different route
