⚡😂😂⚡ *Love the openin!* I still wouldn't carve on wet ground, you're either brave, mad, or both 😂 Thanks for includin the fall, these things are important for people to see, especially new/younger riders, wear helmets, and be cautious if you ride in the rain kids 🤙🏼🤙🏼
What’s the point otherwise?!? 😆 sacrificing my body for the greater good! Hope you enjoyed the video! Make sure to subscribe and check out my other content as well!!
Thank you so much for testing those wheels too the limits, now we don't have to, glad you're ok 👍 Looking forward to the new innovations companies bring this year.
One stop . . . board shop. Heh heh heh. Great video, stealth knight LOL. Their giving them for free with all flex pro purchases (last day tomorrow I believe)
Great video Drew! It’s great to see companies coming out with options for wetter roads. The weather has been so bad here I was starting to think could I build my own board that could be completely waterproof and weather sealed!
@@DrewElia Noice! To be honest, I think if I had a Meepo Voyager or Exway Flex for great weather, I'd use my Meepo V3 in poorer weather and commute all the time!
lol opening was = chef's kiss. The only thing I don't like about overall design on Hydro Wheels are the.. gigantic Abec Core clone in the back. It doesn't look appealing for me but CloudWheels are well known to make strange wheels.. To add on top of that, it's not really 64mm CP. It's a bit less than that if you only measure width of the tyres. Also, I agree with 90mm Exway PU wheels but they are not really Kegel style. It does has similarities but Kegel core has 10 holes while Exway's PU wheels has 12.
Ive installed the hydro wheels on my atlas and in my country it rains alot (Netherlands) I could also use the pneumatics but I like increased range more so thats why. Also love the bearings!
Solid upgrade! The range is great improvement over the AT tires! I can’t wait to try out the atlas pro, I just got the gear drive in and I’m so excited! Subscribe tot he channel and give this video a thumbs up if you like the content! More coming out soon
The rubber on the wheels does provide some absorption but over all I find urethane wheels, no matter what they are made of, to be rougher ride. Which doesn’t bother me! I like to feel the road when I’m riding! These provided a better wet traction control overall
That intro 🤌🤣🤣! Glad ur okay amigo. Great video! I was curious how much more grip they would offer. If they would be air filled and rubber this would be a different game. But would eat range. And either way, wet ground -> a lot of splash up and shoes and pants f'd up 😭🤣. So no thanks
Great video as always, fully subscribed. How does the comfort level compare to the 105 cloudwheels? Just ordered my Exway Wave Riot and they are throwing in a free set of these hydros for all boards ordered in January. I was going to get the 105 cloudwheels to help out with comfort on this short board but this video makes me think I'll be fine with just sticking the hydros on and calling it a day!! Thanks and keep the good content coming!!
I would just use the hydro wheels! It gives you the comfort of cloud but better range and because of the 100mm vs 105! Save yourself the few bucks and enjoy the free wheels! Thanks so much for the subscription and hanging out! I’ll have more content in the future coming up!
Hahaha, Nice Jacket Bro. 😜 Falling its Part of Riding, it's never if but When and how well prepair you are for it, you Good, was that your remote flighting out your hand?
@@DrewElia I am fond of the aesthetic appearance of those tires. However, would you opine that they are worthwhile to upgrade from exway's standard 85mm 76A tires, in terms of comfort, if we do not take cloud wheels into consideration? Perhaps it would be prudent to install a 44T pulley along with them, considering that acceleration and hill climbing hold significant importance for me.
@@DrewElia I've tightened every screw that I can find. but it still rattles the same. the rattling sound seems like it comes from the battery enclosure or somewhere in the middle of the board. :(
@@ameirangleov6937 the rattle is coming from the middle of the board, the cable that connects from the esc to the battery and it is loose. Spoke with Exway and they stated to follow a post on rddit to run some cardboard to prevent it from wiggling.

Let’s gooo south Jersey checking in 🎉🎉
Dude that intro!!! Ur helarious bro 😂yo that madesk8 jacket is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
You have to have humor about it! But just testing everything. Yes the madesk8 jacket is incredible!

They are nice wheels! Yeah brother! Help spread the word and give a thumbs up to all the videos and help get me to 1000 subscribers!
I’ve learned my lesson. Wet pavement no cloud wheels 😔
And everyone should know that. Cracked my ankle because of rising clouds on wet asphalt😞

Do it Ronan!! I think you’ll be blown away once you start building your own board!!
@@DrewElia I’ll have to come up with a snappy name for my new brand! 😏😏 in all seriousness though, I think I’d enjoy building one of those kits!

I wish they had the foam dampening core like the Rovers for more shock absorption.

@@DrewElia hahaha well consider it tested (the helmet and wheels) 🤣🤣👌. Always amigo 🤙
Any landing you walk away from my man... Wrist guards looked like they woulda been handy :D
I landed flat on my back! Whacked my head, my butt took most of the fall 😂 but yes agree it wasn’t fast thank God but walking away is always good
Links are a bit messed up. I can't find the wheels
I just changed it try it now!!
The tread on these wheels tend to wear out super quick. Mine was pretty much flat after about 300 miles on them.
I had a feeling that these rubber style wheels would wear differently than a PU of a AT tire, good to know thanks for the update!!
Glad you didn’t hurt yourself . Esk8con is too close to injure yourself.😉
True my man! Very true!

do they tend to get small stones caught in the treads?
9:03 - that hurt! 🙈
That fall seems eerily familiar to me 😂
🤣 soul leaves body
How do the exway bearings compare to the zealous bearings?
The ewaxy good, but I would say needs a little speed cream to start flying
Can it only use exway bearings. Are they any good?
no sir, you can use whatever you want, these came with them, I like the pro ones cause of the built in spacer.
Omg ! Ya feel that one tomorrow 🫣glad ya good ! Ps "DO NOT RIDE IN THE RAIN " 🙃 BTW! where is that boardwalk at like that place?
Yeah definitely do t ride in the rain! The board walk is Asbury Park nj!

Driving longboard in the rain ruins your shoes/clothes doesn't it
Yeah I mean I wouldn’t ride in the rain intentionally but if you were caught out or lived in a place that has a higher rain these wheels help you out

kegel style but NOT kegel. 12 vs 10 pin.
Correct!
