It’s so funny that you managed to mention what I was thinking as well. When I lived on the farm as a kid, all I had to spend time with was a bunch of old guys. This environment would’ve been much better.

My parents and grandparents are from Fort Kent and always told me the stories as they were kids how they would shut school dow for 2 weeks to pick the potatoes. I remember seeing all the old barns in town or even on route 1 going up north for so many years. Just stumbled across your videos today because let's be honest there was a pretty girl with a nice body busting her stones and I loved it. Makes me miss Maine so much....

You’re one busy lady! Thanks for showing us your operation, it’s always interesting to see the different areas of agriculture. We only have beef cattle and a few donkeys on our farm.

I never realized how many potatoes that Maine grows. We always think of Idaho, but I’m far more fond of yellow and whites, and I am russet potatoes. Great job Molly, what an operation!

Your videos are the best, any other videos when you are processing bagging potatoes are unbelievably interesting and I love how you are willing to explain every process and I think it’s nice that the guys at the bagging Post didn’t wanna watch to see if you could Hoist that 70lb bag Up on the top like you did, out of respect they weren’t looking away but they couldn’t help but turn just enough to look, impressed by your strength, farm girls don’t need gyms

That is a lot of potatoes! It was pretty awesome that you donated a thousand bags to food pantries too! That will definetly help out the community with your quality and wholesome staple. Potatoes are my favorite base food, so many things you can make with them and ways to prepare from mashed, to baked, to cubed with a stew, or scallop, to fried. Always a great dependable source of low cost calories too that are filling. With the cost of grain exploding, and not that bread has been too terribly impacted but one can make potato bread too and its actually really good.
The Irish in me is finding all of your videos more fascinating by the day. Thanks for sharing!

Just found your channel. So nice to see a wife so involved in the daily operation of the family farm. I’m learning a lot. We farm grain corn, mostly sold for poultry feed, cotton,and soybeans in Mississippi. Keep up the hard work.

Yes, it did look chilly in there. I grew up on a small farm where we raised most of our food, including potatoes. My favorite. Enjoyed the video and seeing the packing process. Ours were hand sorted and stored in baskets in Grandpa's root cellar.

I also just found your channel a couple of weeks ago and and have been amazed with all the processes that are employed in getting potatoes from planting to packaging. I am more knowledgeable with corn and soy bean farming, but have really become a fan of your channel and how you explain what is happening at each stage of your farming experience. I am glad at the end you described further about what to look for a market basket, you had mentioned some videos back that you were sending a trailer load to market basket so the boys and I went to Biddeford market basket looked all over and we couldn’t find your name so reluctantly LOL we grabbed a bag of Market Basket white potatoes took them home cooked them and absolutely love them and now come to find out we were enjoying your potatoes all along during Thanksgiving and then after Thanksgiving as a snack just grab a potato do what you want with it microwave, Salsa cheese whatever and we absolutely love them and we can’t wait to come up and see the farm shop, thank you for your videos I know it’s hard enough being a farmer and even more difficult when you have to deal with cameras
