Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel. This quick and easy crochet summer shawl is perfect for any level of crochet that you are at. It may seem a bit daunting to a few people but believe me when I say it is EASY!
You will need:
8 balls of Rico Design Creative Cotton Dk
5 mm crochet hook

This was such an easy pattern and did a shawl 66x25 with one pound of Caron yarn. I make prayer shawls and I crochet tight but i did did this with 7mm hook and started with sc foundation ch of 190. It turned out beautiful!

This pattern is beautiful! I’m practicing on some scrap yarn while I wait for my order to arrive. You explained this very well. Its easier that it initially looked to me. As I am a crocheting, I notice mine is not as pretty as yours . I notice my chains are not the same. Some are big or loose and the others are tight. But maybe one day I can make mine prettier as I go along. Thank you again Ms. Carie, you’re an awesome teacher 🙏🤗😘🩷

I’m halfway through, using a 3 weight yarn and #5 hook like you, made 247 stitches like you, only to realize the length of the shawl is only 65” and not 80” !

Very pretty... although it looks almost exactly like something Crystal (Bag-O-Day Crochet) did just about a week or so ago.
