These tricks are quite important for us!! Sometimes it's hard to trick our brain into doing hard things, but if we have discipline and motivation we can go far. But, guys- Don't forget to have especially discipline, bc sometimes we're no longer having motivation all of the time, that's why to have discipline is better to conquer what we want and achieve our dreams. my brain releases dopamine only when gaming, iam addicted gamer, i think i even developed dopamine exhaustion as sometimes i still have to play despite i stopped enjoying it, however other activities are bored for me comparing to gaming, even social media, hanging out, TV, porn etc, gaming is one of the strongest addictions and brain reward system, therapy did not help
