Hello~ I didn't use machinery for recent work. I use some specially designed plate that words are engraved. It does work only on vegetable leather. You can simply wet your leather and then place the plate. Then tap with rubber hammer.
kkomeda ooo thanks so much! im starting to try out leathercraft and am waiting for my leather sample to reach :) can i ask if you use Japanese leather? heard that Tochigi is good but hard to purchase online so i ordered some Dakota instead hahah
Hey! I just checked your comment!~ I can't detect reply right away!~ Well, I really love tochigi leather. My red products are tochigi leather( tote bag and dulles bag). They are somewhat expensive, but really beautiful. and don't get tanned that much. I love about it!~ But I didn't buy them on online. I bought them on offline market!

Yes that's right. Tochigi is just a name of a place. I use leather from ITOH. Not a big company but i like the quality. And I'm not sure they export to many other countrys. I hope that you can find great leather.
