In this video, I explain how to find and write up the standard of care on a law school exam. This is quite different from videos that merely explain what the standard of care is which are helpful but don't really help you know what to do on a torts exam.

This is super useful - not only in law school but in business negotiations too! I’m struggling to find any information about the interaction between the standard of care and defining a SOC in a contract. What does a contractual definition of the standard of care do in a contract? How to avoid restricting contractual liability to tort claims by tying the SOC to contractual obligations? How do slightly different definitions of SOC in a contract affect insurability? I guess I have a long way to go to understand this concept-this video is an excellent step on my journey of learning.

Good day Mr Larry, I am a Ghanaian Law student who has been following your videos on UA-cam.
I want to purchase your master class(59$ per month) I have enough funds exceeding the required amount but I'm unable to purchase because the sites says I have insufficient funds. Please may you assist me to purchase your master program as soon as possible. Thank you.

Dont bother watching this video. First he says go 1-2 levels more GENERAL or abstract, then at the end he says go 1-2 levels more SPECIFIC for same issue. He doesn't know what he's saying.
