Hi there, I have the same exact machine, but the tension is all wrong. Can you make a video on how to adjust the tension. I have been to the shop 3 times and they still haven't adjusted it properly. I really appreciate it.
On the base of the machine there should be a button that has to be press down while turning the hand wheel forward until the button drops and locks in place. Continue to move the hand wheel Foward for longer stitch and backwards for smaller stitch. You are probably only going to get about six stitches per inch on older machines.

On the right side of the hand wheel, there is a dial you can move back and forward. But older machines don't give you a long stitch like the new ones.
