    I'm a runner, I've started doing this once a week for a couple of months and it's amazing as cross-training. I'm injury free, legs are stronger, running faster, setting PRs, thank you!!

      hi have u notice any good results on the level of lower body muscles ?

      No, all upper body results only especially arms. If you want lower body muscles I suggest running and walking long miles.@@hisokamix4461

    Nice one! First leg workout I have done from you. I took bands that are too light, but that always happens to me when I first try a new workout... 🙄 Gotta go a bit harder next time.

    hi are these exercises efficient to develop lower body muscles ? im training at home with bench and dunbles and bare but u know lower body is harder especially when u need more weight
