Mewing is a do-it-yourself facial restructuring technique involving tongue placement, named after Dr. Mike Mew, a British orthodontist.
Mewing itself isn’t technically new. In fact, proper tongue alignment is recommended by some orthodontists and other medical professionals as a way to define the jaw, correct speech impediments, and potentially alleviate pain from jaw-related issues.
Supporters of the technique believe that, over time, your tongue position will change your overall facial features, most notably the jawline.
People also believe it may help alleviate jaw pain and provide relief from snoring. Mewing is supposed to work by making your jawline more defined, which can help shape your face and perhaps make it look thinner, too.
Well whatever may be the case, this automates the strengthening of the muscles and all works on all of the parts involved in this process, to give you all the benefits of this technique, which would cause a lot faster results with your own practices or can supplement the effects of doing the exercise itself.

@@halalwine24I feel my tongue up thereee and I just feel better and look better. I use it whenever it feels like my tongue gets weak again.. so I feel like does it last forever? No. But it makes it easy again. I plan to get expansion in my mouth at orthodontist so now it’ll help

Could you do another one for mewing please? something that my sons can fall asleep to every night? and perhaps one for posture - my son has terrible posture with flat feet, anterior pelvic tilt, tight shoulders etc.
You'd end up with a pretty sore face if you looped it overnight. 2-3 times is enough for pretty much any morphic field. You don't want to overdo it as it can be damaging to the nervous system ❤ that's one reason for the music, so people are less likely to abuse them.

When I listen to this I feel that the side of my tongue I struggled to mew with pushes more updward like I get access to the part of a muscle I didnt feel before.

Maybe because you are older and your bones are a bit more fixed. My kids all born with tongue and lip tie and I used this for my older kids, as well as getting it lasered and seeing a chiro. It's helped them. I'm doing this for my daughter now. They have handsome profiles unlike mama 😂

@@Jesus_is_Lord1515 i did it without headphones. Wjen this first came out, i played it for them. This was reuploaded, but i believe it was released 2020. I played it a. Few months. Unfortunately im.over 25 so my bones are fused. But for them it wasnt long. They also see chiro and myofunctional therapist. Look into chranial sacral chiropractor and myofunctional as well as a skilled dentist to address ties. Plus this video it all helped a lot and they have beautiful profiles

I have a pretty chubby looking face and a not very developed jaw. Even if I’m at a low weight my jawline never really looks as sharp as I’d like it to. I read this field works very fast and powerfully and it can really change your face, but I’m confident it’ll only improve my looks, so I’ll stick to this consistently for a few days at least.

tbh i didnt notice much... used it for about 3 days, listened 2-3x per day. i think the issue is that i need to get rid of face fat first in ortder to notice results, so ill try paring it with the double chin remover@a21433
