    Very cool. I recognized Caramon from the thumbnail. So, it must be a very nice model. Well done sir.

    Heck yeah, would definitely like to see the file released at some point, it would be cool to see you do all the characters in the dragonlance trilogy. The red dragon matched for the first book. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 nice work

    You should definitely do a marble effect video. That looked really cool and it will be another video I can comment and like. Unfortunately I’m already subscribed.

    Another great video! I use dull or satin clear coat, and that helps with the chalkiness. Also protects the paint job

    • @Groundeffected
      @Groundeffected  2 роки тому +1

      I use matt clear at the end to seal the model but it won’t clear up the chalkiness like a wash will. Try it and it might blow your mind the depth it gives

    great video. however YOUR volume is about half as loud as facebook ads. i think this is true on most of your videos.

    • @Groundeffected
      @Groundeffected  2 роки тому +1

      I’ve addressed this in the latest video I think. I’m not really sure why the audio is in the red so it’s almost close to clipping if I turn it up anymore.

    • @Groundeffected
      @Groundeffected  2 роки тому

      Um I’m not too sure. I’m pretty full up with the commissions at the moment so if I can squeeze a gap here and there maybe but not immediate plans to do that diorama currently.

    Could I ask a dumb question. How do you stick the models to something like a spray can to be able to paint them? Do you use press stick?

    • @Groundeffected
      @Groundeffected  2 роки тому +1

      I just use press stick bruh (blu tack for those of us in the 1st world lol)

    Drybrush looks chalky when you wipe your brush on a paper towel. Instead wipe it on simple paper or cardboard.
    I never really liked Dragon Lance and never read ahead of the first trilogy. But you did a really good job on painting the model. 😀
