Just tried it after being very skeptical and oh my is it strong haha. Especially once you get that runaan's you getting the HB damage every 2 autos in a teamfight.
Jinx has great synergy with it as she loves to play around her excited, its easy to use its passive with her high attack speed and also its a great tool to poke and siege, if you stack it + Kraken on minions and use Q to either poke or hit the turret. Might also save you from dying against assassins!

can i ask why 2 normal potions instead of the green ones?
Usually when I think I'm not gonna use potions later I just buy 2 potions instead of refillable as those give less HP

Plus it also gives movementspeed... very important in this meta
