hey daggerwin , you only go over the furrows if there is a river at the bottom of the field to stop water from running down the furrows and into the river to contribute to flodding
Daggerwin, the Bednar drill may not have a PTO because there's no power harrow as tines and rollers are used for soil prep and the seed distribution to the coulters could be done hydraulically instead

I think it is more common to sow the headland first, that is how we do it in Sweden at least.

I always use the Bednar, but as far as I'm aware, it does not fertilize the field with soilmod installed, but, I have not tried using it like that. I always like to spray/spread fertilizer in the normal way.
great video daggerwin. the price went down because the time ticked over to the next hour. also next time lapse you should definitely play push it to the limits.
The default fertiliser in Soilmod is NPK, so suspect that is what you put down. From the field stats it is a good choice too!

Pretty sure you would seed with the furrows. Going across them would be especially hard on the tractor's suspension. And I have seen a few other comments saying the same.

Hey Daggerwin, nice videos, been following your channel for quite some time now. I like your play style, i also try to play as realistic as possible. However, i noticed that you don't use manual attaching mod. It could add more immersion to your gameplay having to step out of your machine and actually attach the implement/ trailer etc. and attach the PTO. Other than that good job and keep uploading your gameplay videos!
you don't need to sow in the opposite direction of the furrows, but you can change the direction of ploughing each time you plow and sow in the same direction as you plough
Do you have the Wheellanes mod installed? Or are you destroying the crops as you drive over it because of the soil mod?

good video daggerwin can u use the massey more often in the maps you have the masseys in.
You need to go over furows once or twice to make space to turn and then you do it in direction of furows. Also use front wheel drive when doing in field its more realistic.

Aren't the real Bednar seed drills hydraulic driven, not PTO? (sorry if this has already been asked)
we're did u get the mud mod and the seed drill please tell me I think they did a good job on the mud and the drill.
the mud mod is a good concept but it gets the machines unrealistically dirty in a short period of time. realistically it should dirty the wheels and mud guards
I agree that the tractors should only get their tyres and mudguards and perhaps the lower bonnet next to the wheel dirty.
come on lads if you drove a tractor through a puddle of mud the tractor would be caked in mud not just the wheels

Don't forget to return the autostacker it was rented. Also maybe you could lower how fast your tractors get dirty a bit in the settings. I mean dirt is a fun part of a game and certainly adds to realism but it seems like you are constantly washing ;)
Also you are lucky the version of the ProSeed you have only costs 15k. The version I have costs 55k
go same way as furrows and if it dry enough you can seed the headlands first

Please start from the opposite end of the field to the gate. It's neater and prevents driving over already cultivated ground.
Dagger you should use dual wheels when cultivating and seeding, that would make it more realistic

for the most part any of the base game combines can Harvest most of the multi fruit however if it's something like sunflowers I would recommend getting a modded header for the combine just look up sunflower header however for the most part any modded combine or base can combine can harvest the multi fruit stuff
What mod do you use to have a passenger.

daggerwin if you want a bigger bale stacker use this Murray Machinery Octa-Quad System it can take 12 round bales and 6 square bales

Daggerwin you shouldn't run across the furrows like that you should still run over them but at like 30 degrees to them and try and keep your drill lines straight but great for a non farmer

Usually after plowing a field the field is cultivated at least in Finland at most farms.
And it doesn't matter if you drive on the planted seeds in Finland cuz we roll the field after planting.
and btw daggerwin u should have brought the ursus with the Massey coz it was rented

I think a CAT CHAllENGER whith tracks would be sumting different and I see in the comments that sum people had said about a CAT CHAllENGER and thay are more maneuverable than a articulated tractor

the fert does not work with soil mod very well you are better off to spread dry fetilzer out of a spreader or liquid fert with a sprayer
On the other farm you should replace the dutze for the new holland t7 200
when farming with my family we make a line of seed around the field try that
Why would you need a pto on a seed drill?
A lot of cheaper drills (Accord in particular) use the PTO to drive the fan for the air seeder. The Bednar however uses hydraulic power.
You normally go with the plow furrows

Why do you turn AWD off when most tractors are AWD all of the time?
4WD increases fuel consumption and can make the tractor harder to turn. Unless you need it you turn it off. Most tractors, I believe, are selectable 4WD.
Most 4WD is selectable, like Bunny Warren said, so it would usually be off unless you need it. There are some that are full time 4WD, and most things like wheel loaders and telehandlers are. But most tractors are not.
